Beautiful Oceanfront 3-Level Penthouse with Hotel Services and Private Terraces

Whitney, we are sincerely sorry that your experience was less than wonderful, particularly because we are glad you enjoyed the condo, its views, the snorkeling, and the meals prepared by our staff. The crib was mistakenly not communicated to the staff before your arrival. It was provided within a few hours, and I apologized at the time for the oversight. We also want to respectfully clarify the concerns regarding the condition of the property. We understand that a family actively occupying a condo will naturally create some mess. However, we do not consider eating in bedrooms and placing food in bedside-table drawers, leaving food inside decorative plants, or damaging household items and decorations to be normal use of a rental property. Our staff took photographs because they were concerned and troubled by the conditions in which the condo was being kept. The photographs documented the property only and did not include Whitney, her family, or any other people. In nearly ten years of welcoming guests, this was the first time our staff felt it necessary to document conditions during a stay. We greatly appreciate our staff’s care and vigilance. Their efforts help us protect the home so that our family and future Vrbo guests can continue enjoying this beautiful property as it is intended to be enjoyed. We regret that our attempts to address these concerns left Whitney feeling that her perspective was not considered, and we wish her and her family well.
