Shortly after your arrival to the condo you will be met in person by our professional English speaking property manger, who will welcome you to your new home away from home! Fresh fruits and cold beverages upon arrival will help you to start your vacation the right way. You will be given a tour of the condo and the complex to get familiar with everything. We provide daily maid service. Our reliable and trustworthy housekeeper, Eli will come to the condo every day except for Sunday to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes, make the beds, clean floors, make sure towels are clean and make sure that the only thing you do is relax and enjoy your vacation!

Beautiful condo!

The pictures don’t do the condo justice! It’s beautiful, modern and very comfy. We really appreciated the use of snorkel equipment, being able to wash our clothes, the Tortugas pier next door for food and swimming, and the easy communication with the property manager, Saul. I’d highly recommend this property, there were only 3 of us, but you could easily fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Would be a fun place for a 2 family trip. Definitely recommend renting a car to get places.

A Dream Condo in an Excellent Location

This is one of the most beautifully decorated and well supplied condos my family has ever stayed in for a vacation. The snorkeling off the beach is fantastic. I would love to stay in this condo again!

Wonderful stay!

Tracy and Saul were wonderful communicators. The property was as described. Unfortunately, it rained much of the time we were there but had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Great condo, great location

This is a really nice, spacious and well appointed condo. It is in a small condo community with a nice beach and pool. The condo fit our family of 5 very well (more space than we needed) and met all of our needs. The condo location is south of the main city, San Miguel de Cozumel, and provides close access to the city if needed, but is away from the hustle and bustle. There is a dock at the property next door which we were able to use to have our dive boat pick us up for several great dives. Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent. The private beach was beautiful, the condo was wonderful and our stay was really one of the most enjoyable vacations we have experienced. I would absolutely recommend this property. It exceeded our expectations and if we ever come back to Cozumel we will be staying here. Thank you for making it an incredible trip.

Best Vacation Rental Ever

Staying here made our trip! EVERY SINGLE THING about this place is fabulous. The beds are comfortable with quality bedding, we slept wonderfully! It is so so very clean. They have everything you need right there. We had the beach to ourselves and were able to snorkel right from the shore! The pool was clean. Sometimes I’m disappointed in a Vrbo because it’s not as nice as the pictures , this is the opposite, 10 times better than the pictures! So beautiful, great communication with the owners and management, great location! We will definitely be back

Exceptional property

Uniquely decorated and roomy, it is modern and thoughtfully equipped. The daily cleaning was wonderful. The neighboring beach clubs were so friendly and convenient, when relaxing took precedence over cooking! Also, having a dock next door made diving/excursion pickups just steps away. Water and sea-life was too good to be true. Many thanks to Saul for his excellent sweet help with questions about the area.

Awesome Place

Anis and Stella have a lovely home. It is fully stocked with beach equipment, including snorkeling gear, wet suits, floaties, and much more. It was super convenient. There was ample room and very nicely furnished. I would definitely stay there again. The property manager is great too. We ran into him a couple of times and he would make sure everything was good. The house is a couple KM from downtown, so definitely rent a car to move around the island. Thanks for a great stay!

Paradise!

This is a gorgeous condo with all the amenities you could ever need. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The view is lovely. The beach is so quiet and private and the snorkeling off the shore is amazing! We saw stingrays, puffer fish, lion fish, moray eels, and all the gorgeous colorful tropical fish you could imagine right off our shore! Saul- the manager- is incredibly friendly and helpful and the daily cleaning is just the icing on the cake. Coming home to the clean condo each day made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Altogether Tracy’s condo is perfect and we hope to come back!!

Perfect

We have rented a lot of properties through VRBO and this was at the top! The condo was stocked with everything you would need and it was so nice to come back to a clean place after a day of exploring. The property manager gave us great suggestions on things to do and places to eat. The beach clubs next door were very convenient for catching a snorkel boat, renting a jet ski, or grabbing a quick bite to eat (they even brought it to our lounge chairs at the condo beach!). The clubs were busy during the day, but everything stopped around 4:30/5:00 as the cruisers left the island. We snorkeled quite a few times out front and it was as good as most of the stops on our snorkel tours - I even saw a frog fish and an eagle ray! It was convenient to all of the south side beaches and close to town too. We felt very safe - enough so to go for runs right from the condo. The bedrooms all had a lot of space for sleeping and storage - they felt like resort rooms. If we ever come back to Cozumel, we will surely be back!

Quiet Comfort

Paradise is the perfect name for this gem. The air conditioning was a wonderful feature as the temperatures were quite warm during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the pictures do not do them justice; they are bigger than what they appear. Tracey, Fuluvio, and Ella saw to it that we would not want for anything. Ella, came and cleaned daily and didn't seem to mind if we were still in the home. We never had any issues with bugs or pests of any kind. The snorkeling was incredible just in front of our abode. Our 3 year old grand daughter loved the pool and the welcome toys provided to play in the sand. We really enjoyed being outside of town where it was so very quiet and peaceful. We rented a vehicle and explored most of the island. We went to the Atlantic side for the bigger wave action and more rustic areas. The shopping is easy and the restaurants in town amazing especially if you ask other visitors and take Tracy's recommendations. We hope to return again to shake off the winter blues of Michigan. I can think of nothing to suggest for improvements.

Simply FABULOUS!!!

We vacationed at this Paradise Condo over the 2014 Christmas holiday with our teenage kids and another family (who rented a different condo in the same complex). Our vacation was SUPER FANTASTIC!! There is NOTHING I would change about this vacation! The condo was WONDERFUL!! Perfect for our family, clean, convenient, LOVELY LOVELY location~wonderful beach and pool and Tracey was absolutely FABULOUS! She had gotten us a Christmas tree, sent such wonderful goodies on XMAS for us and then on my birthday (yes, I am a XMAS baby!) sent me balloons! What wonderful, SUPERB folks to rent from! We also have a rental on VRBO and I never do what Tracey did for us! (hmm..just I will have to now!) I would WITHOUT A DOUBT recommend this wonderful vacation spot for anyone that wants a fabulous getaway!! We did lots of scuba diving with Aldora divers (FABULOUS outfit that our condo owners had recommended!), did spearfishing, had a chef come in an cook for us and visited about 5 glorious restaurants that were incredible! (Kinta, Kondessa, Guido's, and La Cocay) Also had some fun lunches at The Money Bar which of course our teenagers thought was the hot spot to be (especially on 2 for 1 drink nights!!) ! We snorkeled right out front of the condo, relaxed on the gorgeous beach, dipped in the pool and just hung out! Plus, got some really great BLING for great prices in town!! Recommend this wonderful spot to EVERYBODY!! Was totally AWESOME! WE will be back!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!!

Snorkel off the beach from your lovely condo

This is our second time staying at Tracey's condo, and it was just as wonderful this time as it was three years ago. Actually, with daily maid service, it was even better. Since we did a lot of our own cooking, we really appreciated the help with keeping up with the kitchen mess. We love the snorkeling access from the beach. Last time we saw spotted eagle rays and squid; this time we saw such creatures as a flying gurnard and an eel. Every day of snorkeling held the promise of some new visitor to our underwater vista. For dining, this time we discovered Little Havana, a hole-in-the-wall restaurant a short walk north of the condo (or an even shorter run if it starts raining on you!). This inauspicious restaurant served good fried fish or fish fillet meals for lunch, and Diego was a great waiter. For a phenomenal dinner out, we drove to Kondesa. This chef is the real deal, and our group of twelve family members (we had two condos of family at Paradise Condos) all were very impressed by the food presentation and flavors. We also did our part to save the reefs from invasive lionfish by ordering the delicious lionfish appetizers. Paradise Dives is a great place for people who want to "discover Scuba". Their beach access to the open water makes scuba feel much safer than being plunked into the ocean somewhere. Aldora Divers was recommended to our party's experienced divers, and they had some great dives. Dinorah was a well educated dive master (a marine biologist, maybe?) who could share unexpected details of Cozumel's underwater life. Wish we could be back there tomorrow, but at the very least, we hope to be back soon.

Fun spot to stay!

We stayed here with our 3 young kids..and it was perfect for what we needed. The kids could play in the pool everyday and they loved running around spotting iguanas and looking in the tidepools on the beach. It always felt safe and clean. We had access the the beach just beyond the pool and the sunsets were beautiful. The snorkeling right there from shore was great! The kitchen was well equipped, the kids also loved the games and cards and I was happy they even had snorkeling reef guides. Ely, the cleaner, came every day to clean and water plants so it was extra comfortable. Driving into town to more shops and restaurants was about 17 minutes. Would stay there again.

All you wish for

Tracey, the owner, and Salu the property manager pinged us regularly to make sure we had everything we need. Saul even gave us hisrecommendations of his favorite restaurants. Best VRBO experience we have had!

Paradise does exist

Our family of 5 loved our time here. The owners are fabulous, helpful, responsive and a great team of hosts. The condo is in excellent condition, well kept and very nicely decorated with many accommodation's. The location is close to town, yet felt very private. The beach and snorkeling were excellent. I highly recommend scuba diving from Luis at the Money Bar. We rented a jeep and drove the island. Very safe and loved Coconuts bar along the east coast. But bring cash. We hope to come back next year and really enjoyed the people and experience. Thank you Tracey and team! We made memories to last a lifetime!

Loved it. Thoughtful and responsive owner

Spacious rooms, well planned layout so every unit has indoor and outdoor views of the ocean. Welcome basket was perfect with light snacks on arrival. Location is away from city yet easy to flag down a taxi to go anywhere we wanted, even for a group of 6. Beach and grounds picked up every day, daily inside cleaning was a treat!

Cozumel 2025

This trip was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 13-19). We have never been to Cozumel and this was our first trip with the kids to a tropical destination. Tracy (owner of the property), Saul (property manager), Saul's mom (the house cleaner), and Cindy with Flip Tours made this trip amazing for us! Saul met us at our condo on our first day and gave us excellent recommendations for our trip (I have never had a property manager meet with us and give such good advice from a local's perspective...this was above and beyond any kind of VRBO booking we have done in the past). We enjoyed the snorkeling right in front of our condo, enjoyed a beautiful sandy beach close to Playa Mia, went surfing with Nacho at playa Bonita (so fun!), boogie boarded on a beach on the east side (playa Chen Rio) and took a private cruise to El Cielo (went on the Pelicano boat with Roberto and Angel, snorkeled in gorgeous water, got to see stingrays in El Cielo, and ate some of the best seafood, guac, and pico made by Roberto and Angel while we hung out at El Cielo) . All of these trips were per the recommendations of Tracy, Saul, and Cindy. Absolutely perfect for our active family. The condo was clean, well stocked, and so many cool decorations. Saul's mom came every day and cleaned and did dishes which was also a Godsend! From a mom's perspective, this was an amazing service. We used Sandra's Kitchen for grocery delivery so kitchen was stocked when we arrived.

Welcome to beautiful Cozumel. Wayne and I are from the Chicagoland area and visit many destinations each year to get away from the cold! We are avid SCUBA divers and enjoy underwater photography. Cozumel is our very favorite Caribbean diving destination!

Wayne and I rented this condo annually for several years. We love it so much, we decided to make it our own. What made us fall in love with Paradise 1D, is the perfect at-home feeling that we get when we walk into it. We absolutely love this private, small, community that we are in. We are divers, and love the fact that in the morning, we just walk right into the water and onto the dive boat. The sunsets are so beautiful : perfect shades of purple, blue and orange dance across the sky and water every evening.

Although still close to town we are nestled away from all of the crowded cruise ship activities. After a day full of activities, or just relaxing by the pool, relax in this fully air-conditioned condo. We haven't skipped out on any luxuries! Cozumel is a world class diving destination with hundreds of quality dive operators. Annually, it is home to the Cozumel Ironman. The swim portion of the Ironman passes directly in front of the condo! Cozumel has amazing restaurants serving international cuisine, and a unique nightlife with a latin flare. This beautiful island has so much to offer...As our guest, you can enjoy countless activities or just lay back, relax and do nothing at all and enjoy a day in paradise.
