Come & enjoy our beautiful 1887 home in historic, downtown Monroe GA! This home is walking distance to EVERYTHING in downtown. Being one of the oldest homes in Monroe, The Cottage offers a unique character like no other. This home is completely restored and renovated & located in the beautiful historic district. Wonderful property in a quaint, beautifully historic town. I highly recommend staying here. The location was ideal for visiting family in Conyers, Stone Mountain, and Hiram, and made getting around easy and convenient.

We love everything about this house. It has the wonderful charm of being a historic home while still providing modern needs. The neighborhood is great and very close to all of the shopping and restaurants downtown. Monroe is a great little town and this house is the perfect place to stay.

Lovely place to stay

The property is lovely! Updated and well stocked, we really enjoyed the location as well. We walked to downtown several times and Jordan was very nice to work with.

The house is adorable and had everything we needed. The outdoor pool area was perfect. We loved being in walking distance to downtown Monroe for shops and restaurants. There was a great variety of restaurants. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. We plan to return.

We loved staying at this beautiful house. It was an old house that had been totally remodeled while keeping the vintage atmosphere. Loved having a swimming pool all to ourselves.

Perfect getaway

This gorgeous house is not only comfortable and Homie, the outside area is like an oasis. Beautiful playground across the street and quick walk to all the downtown shops and fun activities for the kids. Can’t wait to return and have fun again!

Beautiful house, convenient location to downtown

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house has historic charm while still being updated for modern conveniences. We really enjoyed the pool in the hot summer temperatures. The location is very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. We are already looking at dates to book next year.

Great Retreat

We were in town for nephew's wedding. Location was perfect, close to all events. The house was so comfortable, especially the backyard pool area. This house allowed us a nice retreat to relax and truly enjoy all wedding events. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice cozy house

Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do. It was a few blocks away from downtown which is great for my family no traffic noise. House was clean and management was quick to respond. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house.

Just Lovely !

Beautiful property inside and out. Patrick was the primary owner I communicated with and was very kind and attentive. The interior was very spacious and so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We did not use the pool area but it was set up so nicely and was perfect for a family! Large yard too. Great area and so close to town.

Delightful Stay at Charming and Spacious Home with Wonderful Homeowners

I just wanted to share that the homeowners were absolutely wonderful! They were so communicative and friendly during my stay. And let me tell you, the home itself was just as charming and spacious as I remembered from my first visit. Needless to say, my second stay here was an absolute delight!

We were there for a family wedding, located close to venue. the house was beautiful and even had a Christmas tree which was a very nice thing to do. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking in this area. Owners were easy to contact.
