This was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The house is so charming, beautifully decorated, perfect location and cozy. The pool and spa was relaxing and a great bonus. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

House was as described in the historic district and is nicely remodeled. Pool was a nice added bonus as was the covered front porch. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking. We were there for a family reunion for 6 days and house was nicely located for trips to atlanta and athens. Patrick was quick to respond to our requests as well. Highly recommend this house if your travels take you to georgia.

Had a wonderful stay for a family wedding! Downtown Monroe was very close and had great restaurants. House was clean and well stocked and the pool is a great addition. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

In the area to attend graduation at UGA and wanted something with a bit more room for the family to spread out. This was the perfect choice. Nicely updated property with everything we needed. Quiet street that's just a short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are larger than expected, the bathrooms were great, and the front porch was a nice place to unwind.We enjoyed this place so much, we've already booked it for our next trip to Monroe.

Fantastic location

The walkable things near by were perfect. I felt like I stepped into a Hallmark movie when we arrived. Host was fantastic and even gave local recommendations we loved!

Beautiful property

We stayed in Monroe for a wedding and this house was perfect! It was in between the 2 locations we would at and close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed visiting the Vintage Revival Antiques. LR Burger was delicious also.

Blue Bungalow weekend

In November 2021, we purchased the Blue Bungalow. It had never been updated & was very dated... SOOO.... We spent a year completely remodeling the house, while still trying to maintain its historic appearance and uniqueness. WE LOVE THIS HOME! It's spacious, high quality, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax! We have decorated the house to feel like a historic beauty (including several antique pieces that we found in the shops in Monroe). Our personal favorite spot is the large front porch (also, the best place to enjoy morning coffee) & the back patio to relax!
