Beautiful beachfront in a nature reserve, as you enter, you are in awe of the amazing ocean views. On your left is the coastal dining room table and across the living room with a smart tv. Next is the fully equipped kitchen were you can prepare your favorite dinners enjoying the blue Caribbean colors. The hallway leads to the beautiful two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private terrace with outdoor shower, BBQ area and your private access to the secluded beach.

We had a wonderful time at this property. From the view from the balcony to the quick walk to the beach. Property owner and host was very accessible and assisted with any of my questions. The outside patio/BBQ area was a great area to relax as well. Plan on booking another visit soon.

Couldn't be happier with this property. The area is lush with gorgeous views of the ocean, various outdoor areas to relax. Pool was great for kids. Spotless, well equiped, felt very safe.

The apartment was tranquil and relaxing. Host was gracious and thoughtful. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Eating on the balcony was heavenly.

Great location right on the beach! Note, swimming beach is the adjacent property. Beach in front is dangerous to swim because of rocks and current.

Lovely Getaway!

We felt so lucky to have a stay in this attractive, comfortable condo. It has a wonderful view of the water from the airy balcony, an easy walk to the beach, and best of all, it was a stone's throw away from Mar Chiquita, the circular beach!

Beautiful and accessible

This was a perfect vacation spot for my daughter and I. Easily accessible, Walmart nearby as well as local grocery and bakery stores. Great eateries within minutes. The property is kept clean and feels safe. Rosabel's house was clean, efficient and modern

A wonderful condo with a beautiful view of the beach and direct access to the beach. Host was always quick to respond, very welcoming and when we had an issue that she had no control over, was quick to have it fixed. The caretaker was also very helpful and quick to respond - she met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know in detail. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We mostly ate in and the kitchen was very adequately equipped. The apartment is in a great location to explore the beaches on the northern shore. We loved our stay here, loved the apartment, the location and the view.

Absolutely beautiful location!

We stayed for 1 week with my husband and 20 year old son, we all loved this place so much it was so hard to leave! The views were amazing and we all had fun just hanging out on the beach and walking on the rocks. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it to make several meals. The beds were really comfy and the rooms each had AC so that was nice. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Paradise!

We had such a wonderful stay here at Seaside Apartments in Manati. Rosebel and Lily were both amazing and so accommodating. The place is in a spectacular location and we can't wait to return.

Almost paradise

Property was just as described. Very clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and that we could walk to Mar Chiquita was a pleasant surprise. Our stay was very peaceful.

We were here early summer 2026. Because this seemed like such a great location for the money, I was expecting more dwellings and more people. I was surprised at how quiet and beautiful it is. It exceeded expectations. We liked it enough that I don't think we would try another place upon return and we would just rent here again.Sometimes on vacation, simple things can seem more complicated than they are. Learn from our mistakes: Gate A) Sonia can open the property vehicle gate remotely using an app, so if she is unable to be there for check-in, no big deal as long as you have an open text chat Gate B) The property vehicle gate opens automatically when exiting so there is no need to worry about what to do with the remote upon final departure, just leave it inside Garage) There is nothing documented about how to open the garage for laundry. You have to text Sonia for they keypad code #
