Very nice view and close to beach. Very quiet and a nice place to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean. Place was clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed staying and would definitely stay again.

Great property with private beach. I was often the only person out there! House was clean and complex was quiet. The pool is a plus especially since the beach is non-swimmable due to the karst formations. Take time to discover all sorts of mini ocean life living in the pools created by the karst. Great place!

Check in and out was seamless and the place was clean. Right on the beach. Beautiful views everyday. We’d stay again.

Host responded almost immediately with any questions we had. The apartment was better than expected and so was the view and location. I was in awe when I looked out the window. I would definitely stay here again. There are crabs and lizards to watch to keep you busy if you like wildlife. The waves are soothing and you're so close you can hear them with the windows closed. Everything you need is in the apartment and the beds are sooo comfortable.

Such a great location for our needs. Quiet, clean, well kept, easy to get to. AMAZING views. Lovely private garden area just steps away from the beach. Owners quick to respond. Lilly, the apt manager was so helpful and accommodating. Will 100% stay here again.

We loved the direct beach access and outdoor shower to clean up afterwards. The views and sound of the surf from the rocking chairs on the balcony are amazing (all the pleasure and none of the sand)! The condo itself was very clean, had great temperature control and comfortable beds. Tips: we found it easier to walk the short distance to Mar Chiquita via the street as the beach sand is quite deep. There are several food trucks at the beach if you don’t feel like going out for lunch/dinner.

We stayed at this location in January 2026 and truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and we did not have any issues with checking in or checking out. The apartment manager was very responsive to us. The beach was practically empty so if you are looking to find a quiet spot, this is perfect for you. We found a few local spots to eat and drink that were very good and very reasonably priced. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this location.

Great property at a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was central to exploring the north side of the island, and it was convenient that Mar Chiquita was next to the property..

Great beachfront property!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our stay here! Having direct beach access is great, and sitting on the porch enjoying the sea breeze was like therapy! Thanks for a great vacation!

Great place with direct beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with the ocean view; it is shaded so very comfortable even on hot days.Lilly provided a lot of details before our arrival with detailed check-in instructions. She was always prompt responding to our questions.Overall, a great property and great location.
