One Queen bedroom with two full baths. The condo is just steps from the beach. The living room has a full view of the ocean and pool deck. There’s a pull out queen sofa couch and 2 comfortable recliners. Unit provides a fully equipped Kitchen with a bar and dining table with seating for 6. The Condo has a spacious balcony where you can shore watch or observe companions by the pool or ocean. The condo also has its own washer and dryer. The Royal Gardens has much to offer for entertainment for all ages. Located on the ground level by the pool is a great bar with a very good menu of food for lunch and dinner. Pools are indoor or outdoor with large indoor Jacuzzi. The famous Sam's Corner is just blocks away. Additionally you are just 0.7 mile away from the historic and fun Garden City Pier. This is a great condo, My husband and I were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and then some. Gary is great to work with as well. We are hoping to come again.

The room was very nice and clean! Just like the pictures. Me and my family have stayed in this same resort for 6-7 years and we will definitely be looking for Gary’s property next year as well. We reallyEnjoyed our stay & appreciated everything he done for us.

Great time: The place was great, can't beat the location. Either on the beach or going out afterward everything was easy to get to and find. Condo has everything you need and then some.We had a very nice time, even though the weather didn't cooperate. Less burnt feet!

This condo is in a great location and is very comfortable. It has all the amenities you need to have a relaxing stay at the beach. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. We hope to be return visitors.

Awesome vacation

Steps to the beach, convenient parking, easy access to the Salty Pickle, easy on the wallet. Overall win for a small crowd looking for a beach trip!

Thanks Steven, With all the cost increases, I try make it as economical as possible for my guests. Glad you mentioned The Salty Pickle. It’s a very nice smaller bar and grill. It’s in the Royal Garden and very close to the condo. Very friendly people who work there.

I agree that you can’t beat the location and the view. I’m so glad that you had a great vacation and want to come back. You left the condo in great shape for the next guests, which was me, my wife, and another couple. I do try to come as often as possible, because I love it here also.

Great long weekend away

Gary’s place was perfect for our family of three. Great location right on the beach with plenty of onsite amenities. He was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great Stay at Royal Garden 102

We had a great weeklong stay at the Royal Garden Resort. The condo was as advertised online, extremely well kept and clean. The view from the balcony (and the living room) was awesome. Gary was absolutely great from the time I booked the condo until I left to come back home. Overall just a great place all around!

Beautiful view and great location

This condo is not fancy, but it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful ocean view, well-stocked kitchen and great location. The owner, Gary, was communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I reside in Hartsville SC and have always vacationed at the beach as a child and adult. I also own a 3 bedroom condo , at the Sea Master which is located beside the Royal Gardens. It is also listed on VRBO Unit 113 vrbo # 1376146

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The location and amenitites were perfect for me and my family. Additionally its location lends to safe family fun in Garden City , Excellent restaurants in Murrells Inlet , and Shopping abound for all.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The view from the unit is priceless and is breathtaking in itself. We have just redone the floors thru out this unit .
Additionally we have replaced all the bedroom furniture including the mattress. We installed a new refrigerator with ice and water in the door.
We are confident our guest will be comfortable and well satisfied with this condo and the location with all its has to offer.
