1 bedroom with queen bed with full bath, in the living room two pull out sofas and full bath. Another full bath near living room.Kitchen is furnished, cleaning will include linens , towels and washcloths. Sliding door goes onto the balcony that has furniture you can enjoy the view of the beach and sunsets. Staying @ our unit includes using indoor and outdoor hotubs and pools, in the winter the indoor pool is heated. Has a gift shop and bar on the lower level. Unit is on the 1st floor so no steps to climb, parking is right outside the unit. Also restaurant on the bottom level. Plenty of other restaurants around and grocery stores are BI-LO and Kroger are close. About 1/4 mile to the garden city Pier and Downtown. You can sit in the living room and have a beautiful view of the ocean and sand. Monthly rate $2000.00 Property Owner

Older property, clean for the most part. Grounds and pool area were nice. Having a security guard on site was most welcomed.

There was hair in the shower and the kitchen floor had not been swept. But other than that, the place was clean.

The condo was great. Very clean and efficient. Unfortunately there was a leak in the ceiling in the kitchen and bedroom . We were forced to leave early. I lost whole day of my vacation. VRBOtook their sweet time finding a relocation . The relocation was through Expedia and was not equivalent or comparable to the beautiful condo at waters Edge.

Property was as advertised. Getting checked in was easy once I found the registration desk. Unit was clean and the balcony and view great! Kitchen had the basics. The only negative was we had 2 cars and were only allowed to have 1. So if you’re meeting a friend for a beach getaway… just make sure you only need to park 1 vehicle!

My husband and I stayed at Water's Edge from 7/29 through 8/1. We then were renting a larger condo for the next week to fit 6 adults. Our stay at Water's Edge was wonderful. The condo was very clean and comfortable and exactly as stated. We would definitely stay at this unit again! Thank you Leigh! This condo was better than one with 3 bedrooms that we later rented! All of the amenities were great! I especially want to give a shout out to the ice cram shop on the main level. You MUST try the cornbread ice cream!

This place is amazing. It was my first time but I’ll be back. The unit was clean. I had an amazing view, there are two pools and hot tubs, all just steps from the beach.

This is a beautiful condo in Garden City. The first floor balcony is raised enough to have privacy yet close enough to the ocean to hear the water. Check in was easy and the condo was ready upon our arrival so we could move right in. Our only concerns, and this is a personal issue) is the toilets are quite low and there were no grab bars in the tub/shower in the bathroom. The price is very good and we loved our stay.

We love the location and we really enjoyed having the ocean view. Unfortunately the hairdryer did not work but other than that we really enjoyed it.

Great Beach Condo

We had everything we needed and we were just steps from the beach. Condominium was clean and plenty of room! Owner was great at communicating with us. A wonderful vacation stay!

Wonderful place to stay at the beach

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to all our friends. The place was clean, convenient to restaurants and shops and a great ocean view to enjoy. We hope to stay again in the future.

This property is in a great location. Restaurants and grocery stores are convenient. Right on the ocean with a beautiful view from the deck. The host quickly responded to our needs.We hope to return next year!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND VIEW

We had a BLAST staying at Leigh's place. There will definitely be future stays booked. Place was exactly as advertised and Leigh was very responsive to all questions and concerns.
