Great Stay in Kihei

This place was a great spacious option steps from the beach in Kihei. Very close to all things on that side of the island. Beautiful sunsets off the beach there and saw lots of whales in the distance. Would recommend.

Amazing!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Villa #1! Jude was there to greet us and helped us with luggage up the stairway (no elevator). The lanai was huge and we spent mornings and evenings there. When the sun was on the lanai in the afternoons, there were nice, shaded spots in the small pool area. Easy walk to restaurants and the Times grocery store. Didn't want to leave and would definitely return!

Fabulous Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was right on a beautiful beach, so we could go in and out throughout the day without walking or driving anywhere. We paddle boarded in the mornings and watched the sunsets from our balcony at night. It’s located just on the edge of the area with the big hotels. We are happy we stayed here vs the busy town of Lahaina. It was central to the Road to Hana, Volcano Summit and the West Side. Highly recommend!

Amazing views and sunsets

The view from Aloha Villa #1 is just breath-taking and worth 5 stars by itself. We dined on the terrace very night and enjoyed the Hawaiian sunset. The location is great - right on the beach, close to a lot of things to do and restaurants. The apartment is 3 BRs and 3 baths, plenty big for a large group. I rated this 4 stars because the property is a bit dated (nothing too offensive but clearly straight from the early 2000s) but primarily the doors had problems opening and required maintenance (it couldn't be completed during our stay) and the furniture is in dire need of an upgrade. Probably the most uncomfortable couches and chairs you'll have find. .. I don't think it's an unreasonable expectation to at least modernize that. Also, there are several homeless people who spend the night on the beach but they do respect the property so nothing major to worry about in our experience

Perfect Hawain vacation spot

This property has an amazing view just steps from the beach. The condo is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for convenience and comfort. The owner was readily available, helpful and graciously accommodating. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, along with being safe and well maintained. It was nice to be away from the noise and chaos of the hotels . I couldn’t recommend this place more highly, we will definitely stay again if we make it back to Maui in the future .

Awesome condo

We had a phenomenal stay at Aloha Villas! The condo was exactly as described. It was in a great location super close to restaurants and grocery. And you can’t beat how close it was to the beach! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Property was beautiful and perfect for family vacation for all age ranges. Beach in the backyard, great pool, walking distance to stores & restaurants. There is no better view!

Great Place w/ excellent views

Great place right on the beach. Amazing views especially from 2nsd floor lanai. Jude the property manager was great to deal with and responsive. Close to town and able to walk to most places.

Wonderful place

My jaw dropped when we walked in. The wall of windows was amazing with the ocean just a few feet away. We enjoyed every minute!

Everything was as expected as shown on the listing for this beautiful accommodation.

This is definitely a beautiful accommodation and location. We rented villa 1 and loved it. The views from this unit were breathtaking. The building is maintained extremely well. Many amenities are provided to make your stay enjoyable. The host and management team are excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and very comfortable stay. Definitely would return.

The villa was pure heaven! The view of the ocean from the master bedroom could not have been more perfect! Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by (wallking distance). The villa was equipped with almost everything my family of five needed. I look forward to staying there again in the future!!

Amazing! Best vacation ever!

My wife and I have traveled extensively all over the world, including some really exotic destinations and 5 star accommodations. This stay at Aloha Villas in Kihei blew them all away. The location and view could not be any better, with expansive 180 degree vistas of the ocean and neighboring islands from the balcony. The villa itself was the pinnacle of contemporary luxury, with 3 beds/3 baths and every imaginable amenity. Really had to drag ourselves away from the villa every day to take a drive around the island and explore everything Maui has to offer. A morning swim, breakfast on the terrace and a sunset cocktail with insane views were the highlight of every day. Mimi and Robert provided everything a vacationer or a family possibly needs (we had our two kids with us), really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. After the stay here everything else going forward is now going to feel like a step down. Can't wait to go back.

A beautiful place with beautiful views, accommodations and owners.

There were 17 of us in three of the condo's. Each condo was furnished lovely and well stocked with essentials including soaps, clothes, dish washing and body soap. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silver ware everything you would need to live. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and entertaining areas. Mimi and Robert were delightful and were very accommodating to our very needs. The views were amazing. I would stay at Aloha Villas again.
