Great house for a family vacation. Six of us plus baby and it was plenty roomy enough and super well equipped. Steps from the beach, great lawn for new little walkers to toddle about, magnificent sunsets and we got to see sea turtles come on shore. Good central location. Can walk to food trucks, restaurants, etc.

This place was perfect!! Couldn't have picked a more perfect place. Large enough for family of 6! Extra den downstairs for my son to have his own space and own bathroom! Right in ocean!!! Water not too wild for toddlers. Back yard was breathtaking! View from entire house was beautiful! Host was perfect.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! The house had ample room for our group of 8, where we didn't feel like we were on top of each other, and was very well equipped, with anything we could ask for. They had everything you would need for a fun family beach vacation. The home owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with! They also gave use tons of their own personal recommendations of things the enjoy in Kihei. Our favorite parts of staying here were the big yard, the garden with fresh fruits, walking distance to most anything you would need, the stained windows, and the gorgeous sunset views! We will defiantly book this property on our next Maui vacation!!! Thanks for the wonderful memories!!!

Spectacular location. Big private backyard leading straight to the beach. Close to wonderful restaurants and easy to travel to other beaches to snorkel in the south or western part of the island.

The house was wonderful!Woke up to beautiful mornings and amazing sunsets on the lanai and beach!Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Great seating on the lawn. And saw many sea turtles! Hope to return someday!

Maui at the turtle beach

Nice property on the beach and near shops and restaurants. Owner has gone out of his way to supply beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, beach chairs etc. Saw sea turtles every night and early morning. Good launching point for hiking trails and swimming beaches.

We had the best stay at this beautiful property! The house is cozy and very well equipped. They had everything you would need for a fun family beach vacation. The home owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with! Our favorite parts were the big yard and the gorgeous sunset views!

Fabulous Location on Beach

Very convenient accommodations right on the beach. Master bedroom suite upstairs has beautiful views of beach. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. We counted 23 turtles that came up to sleep on the beach nearby!

Best Location

The house is in a location that has the best weather on the island. Situated on the beech the view was incredible. Sleeping at night with the windows open and listening to the waves was so relaxing. The house had living and bedrooms on both floors making it ideal for large families.

Wonderful house

We had a great stay. The view is unparalleled, and it’s so nice to be right on the beach. The house is well equipped with everything you need from snorkels and beach chairs to towels and coolers. My nephew loved playing with the beach toys and running on the lawn!

Magical

Perfect house, perfect host, breathtaking property, and the neighborhood location kept us home most of the time. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the rental car was parked for the majority of the trip!

Beautiful home by the beach

We love this house; it's our second time visiting Kihei and this house is perfectly located near restaurants and stores in walking distance. Nice quiet street. The beach is beautiful. The house is well stocked. We will be coming back every year : )

Family Vacation

We had three generations of family together on vacation and the Sunset Beach House was fantastic. The house was as-described and included everything we needed. The owners and property manager (Tara) were responsive, informative and accommodating. Beachfront, and still very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

The best sunset property ever!

The house is located in the quiet town of Kihei and is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants as well as many tourist attractions. The back of the house faces west and thus has great year round sunset views. Owners are very responsive to any needs. I would definitely stay here again.
