Your tropical oasis away from home! A cozy fully furnished townhouse just steps away from the beach! It has two bedrooms, one bathroom upstairs, and 1/2 bath downstairs. This end-unit townhouse has a screen-enclosed patio accompanied with a grill and privacy fence surrounding backyard (perfect for outdoor dining & BBQ!). The master bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom upstairs has a twin trundle bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedding, towels, and beach chairs are provided. Free WiFi/cable. Stacked washer/dryer.

Three parking spaces available directly in front of house.

*We have one doorbell security camera facing the driveway. It will be on during your stay.

Just 5 minutes from Port Canaveral Cruise Port, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and Cocoa Beach Pier. Less than 1 hour from Disney, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios. Delicious local restaurants & grocery store close by.

Okay and disappointing

When we arrived the first thing I noticed was how clean the property was. The disappointing: no hot tub or beach chairs as advertised and some kitchen items lacking, such as baking pans. If someone only stays a few days it probably wouldn't matter as much as spending two months. It was a quiet neighborhood and neighbors were friendly.

Convenient stay near the launch complex

Condo was very quiet, neighbors friendly. It is close enough to the space center that you only have to walk outside to view a launch. The main beaches are only a 10 minute drive south. The property was a little older but clean and stocked with all that you need. Plenty of parking.

Cozy Island Townhouse with Responsive Owner

My wife and I and our dog had a three-week stay to beat the winter cold. Great location - quiet neighborhood (great neighbors), a short walk to the beach AND easy access to A1A and FL528 for off-island activities. The doggie dishes made us feel especially welcome. The screened patio, grill, and third parking space were a bonus for entertaining our visiting friends. Best of all, the owner Larry was available and responsive to our needs.

Great Condo

We had a good time at your property. Great location. 2nd bedroom very small. Trundle bed did not work very well for us. Other than that a great accommodation.

Great place to stay

Location, layout, overall vibe of property were all superb. I appreciated the effort the owner made to reach out and let us know they were available. Have to say, though, there was nothing we needed. The place was well-stocked, everything was in order, and it was a pleasure to spend our time there. Many thanks for the hospitality!

Clean & Comfortable

The place was clean and comfortable and our host Larry was very responsive to all our inquiries. We loved the peacocks in the neighborhood and the fact that the beach was only a short walk away. Our only complaint is the TVs in the living room and master bedroom did not have cable and we’re not smart TVs so the only programming that was available was air based.

Great townhouse

Perfect for our stay. Lots of room and short distance to everything. Loved how close to the beach we were. Had all amenities we needed. Would definitely stay again

Condo worked great for us

We were visiting Kennedy Space Center and to watch a rocket launch. This place was a great home base and was close to the beach as well.

Great place

This is a great place if you want to get a taste of what it is like to live near the beach. You can walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. You can watch a launch from KSC right out the front door. The place is nice and quiet for the most part, and everyone around are nice and friendly people. Our biggest surprise was seeing Peacocks everyday.

great stay - 10 min walk from beach

We enjoyed our stay at canaveral beach. We've typically stayed at Cocoa Beach, but Canaveral Beach was just as good and less crowded. It's about a 10 min walk to the beach or close to free public parking if you don't want to walk. It's also a life-guarded beach. Condo was great for our family of 4 (and dogs) and owner communications were very good. Good neighborhood and very nice neighbors. Comfortable accommodations and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Coming from Danville, Illinois many years ago, we wanted to sink our toes in the sand and feel the salt on our skin. This property gave us just that! The atmosphere is warm and inviting while only being steps away from the beach.
