Perfect Town Home in a Perfect Neighborhood

This is a great property, plenty of space and walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly.

Good value

Loved the location, very short walk to beach. Has very nice appliances, we cooked a lot during stay. Very spacious town home. Would/will definitely stay here again. Easy check in

The place was lovely! Perfect location near KSC for work and the beach on a couple off hours. Quiet neighborhood and provided ample amounts of paper and dishwasher/laundry products. Quick response from Alex re the door lock. Definitely would stay here again!

Great spot

We had a great week here. The house was perfect for us - 2 mature couples and would also be good for a family. Literally 4 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to kennedy space center and many surrounding beaches and restaurants. Great find.

Clean and great location

This is the second time we have stayed at this townhouse and we will definitely stay again. Both times we have stayed, we have been impressed with how clean and well stocked this rental is. We also love the convenient location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great neighborhood for dog walking. The owner is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. This is our favorite place to stay on the Space Coast.

Amazing family vacation!

Everything was amazing! Close to the beach, close to town, quiet neighborhood, clean & comfortably. Our only complaint would be the not being able to have any guests over. However, we understood that it was a city rule. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend/family member. Thanks so much for the amazing week!

This was the third time I have stayed at this townhouse and once again, it did not disappoint. It is always very clean and has everything you need. It is located close to the beach (5 min walk with access at Cherie Down Park) and the neighborhood is great for dog walking. It's an easy drive to Orlando if you are interested in visiting the parks. You can walk out to the beach to see a rocket launch. Alex is always quick with a response to any questions you may have. It's our go to place in Cape Canaveral.

Good location just across the street from the beach. Nice good sized house nicely furnished made a enjoyable three month stay. Will be there again.

Great place to stay!

The first thing that we noticed when we unlocked the door to this condo was a refreshing, clean smell. The place was so clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It is just a short walk to Cherry Down Park for beach access. The neighborhood has lots of sidewalks and is great for dog walking. Alex is very quick with a response if you have any questions. We loved staying here and hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful

This place was immaculate, in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach (which was amazing), and was comfy and cozy. We loved having a washer & dryer in the townhouse. I do believe that some people who used it don't shake the sand out of their clothes well enough because all of the clothes we washed ended up with sand on them even though some of the loads we washed were never in the sand. Once they were dry the sand was gone. I guess it's a common problem just being so close to the beach & sand. Either way it wasn't a big issue for us. I would highly recommend this place. Super affordable and everything you want in a place to stay. Loved it.

Beach stay

We enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in early with was great since we had been driving for quite some time. The little details of having some basic household necessities was very nice. We also enjoyed the games and played them regularly. The beach is a little walk but was easy with the wagon and if you choose to drive the public access is very close. Overall nice stay.

Great location, great house

Really enjoyed our stay. Property had everything we needed and very cute decor. Appreciate the beach toys/wagon, beach towels, kitchen amenities, grill, etc. Very comfortable beds. Loft was perfect for our four teenagers. Easy walk to the beach. Owner/manager was very responsive

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well located in Cape Canaveral with lots to do nearby or within a short drive. The house is great. The beach is about a 5 minute walk to the ramp, so 5-10 minutes total. We were grateful the house had beach gear and a wagon. Will definitely stay again if we return to this area.

Close to the beach

Reasonably priced, nice place to stay. Our granddaughters really liked going to the beach everyday, we enjoyed relaxing on the beach. Lots of things to do. It was really close to Kennedy Space Center, which is an experience to go see. We weren't aware we had booked that the Coco Beach Air Show was on. Alex let know us about the event, never seen an air show beach before! Thanks Alex!
