Just finished construction on a beautiful new tiny home with easy access to Front St Thomas, close to the Purple Fiddle. 1BR, 1BA, electric fireplace, deck, BBQ, full kitchen, full sized washer/dryer, everything you need for that weekend away or a longer stay. Situated right in Thomas, near the twin town of Davis and minutes to Canaan Valley, with great access to biking, hiking, skiing and white water rafting, Blackwater Falls, Cheat River, Dolly Sods.

Great Location!

I've stayed in Davis several times but this is going to be my new favorite spot! Easy walk on sidewalks to Purple Fiddle and the shops of Thomas. Found a great free community yoga class at Bright Bear yoga also walking distance. The sleeper sofa mattress wasn't the most comfortable so I ended up sleeping on the folded up couch while my dad took the loft bed. Plenty of space for a tiny home.

Great location!

I stayed here while I was attending an online conference and it was perfect! WiFi was very reliable and the home had everything I needed for my stay. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Thomas was the perfect location for taking short hikes during breaks in the conference.

Cool place , Under Renovations and noisy street

Well let’s start off with owner was very accommodating. Willing to work with us on checking in early and fix numerous problems with the unit. The Good The kitchen was fully stocked the every kind of pot pan and dish. The Bad. The unit was undergoing a pretty big cosmetic renovation. Painting and ongoing repairs were everywhere. There was a layer of dust and dirt on all the windows and TV. The main bed was literally falling apart and had to have someone come in and fix it. Even after that it was a horrible bed. The only couch seemed like a Facebook marketplace leftover and was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The Ugly. To add insult to injury the front door was 20 feet from a major road that had semi trucks / dump trucks / local traffic running all day and night. Never got a good nights sleep. Maybe things will be fixed and cleaned up when you get there. But I doubt the traffic will ever stop.

The tiny home was cute and cozy, conveniently located to shops and restaurants, and very clean. The property manager was in contact incase anything was needed.

This is a cute little place that’s a 2 minute walk to the Fiddle! It was too cold to use the deck out back but there’s a small fire place and it’s hidden from the road. It has everything you need and a nice efficient kitchen.

Great location close to Blackwater Falls & Seneca Rocks

Perfect comfortable place & location while traveling through north WV. Easy check-in process & good communication. Just be aware that many Thomas downtown stores & restaurants closed Monday thru Wednesday. But Tip-Top & Mountain City Brewing were open & excellent.

Excellent Tiny Home

GREAT place to fully experience ALL Thomas, WV has to offer. We were only a few steps from Tip Top Coffee, Farm Up Table, the Purple Fiddle, and all the other wonderful shops on the main drag. The home itself is quaint and the hosts made sure it was clean. It does sit right alongside Rte 32. A lot of the traffic fails to recognize the 25 mph speed limit through town and there are some loud trucks moving through. It's not at all bothersome, but we did need to use earplugs to sleep through the night uninterrupted. We will definitely be staying here again. Such a great place to use as home base for all the Tucker County activities.

Pleasant Stay

Despite having a little snafu with the AC, our weekend was perfect. Cameron was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. This tiny house has everything you will need for your stay. Well stocked, clean, nice backyard deck with firepit. Much thought was put into making your stay as nice as possible. We would definitely recommend staying at one of Cameron's properties.

Wonderful Getaway

I absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for my friend and I on our visit to the area. It is close to Blackwater Falls and easy driving distance to Seneca Rocks and other nearby attractions. All the shops and restaurants in Thomas are within walking distance. I did not have my dog with me this time, but it is pet friendly and even has water/food bowls and leash provided.

Great location and place for 2 people and a dog!

We hiked every day. We happened to be there on the weekend of 4th of July and fireworks were right out our front deck. Restaurants are walking distance. Clean and perfect for what we wanted.

Right in the heart of Thomas

Great lodgings, neat patio with a great spread of wildflowers. Just minutes from the shopping district and the hiker biker trails. Convenient to the Purple Fiddle as well for live music. Definitely planning on staying again.

Cozy Retreat

My husband had a great trip visiting in this area. The location of this home for the surrounding area is wonderful. When we visited the "downtown area" m they had limited hours and a lot of venues were not open. However, The proximity to the Black Water Falls State Park, the ski areas, tube rentals, and the scenery is amazing. A negative about the location of this home is that there was a good bit of street noise off and on. The home "warms up" VERY quickly. If using the fireplace just remember your in a "tiny home" which holds the heat wonderfully. So keeping the thermostat low (or even off would be a good hint!) .. Overall we were completely satisfied as we had everthing we needed! The owner was very quick to respond to any of my questions!

Clean Tiny Home w/ all the essentials!

My wife, infant son, and I stopped in Thomas on our way to Southern VA. We had visited Thomas before and adored the shops, so we were excited to have found this rental was available. You really can't get any closer to the shops - you see the roofs of the stores from the front door! Check in was easy with a digital keypad. Plenty of parking... steps from the front door. Everything was very clean and it had all the essentials! It was perfect for the 3 of us. In true tiny home fashion, the shower is a bit narrow (as to be expected) so if you are a bigger person, it might not be comfortable. There's a back deck with a Sola Stove and a grill. The AC/heating unit worked great. TV streaming services worked, as well. There is even a washer/dryer! It's loft-style, so you go up the steps to get to the bedroom and it's open to the rest of the house. There's no bedroom door to shut. We brought a pack n play and had room to set it up next to the bed and still had some room to move around. Overall, a great tiny home!

The most perfect tiny home!

Situated in the perfect spot to enjoy all that Thomas & Davis has to offer, this tiny home is BIG on curb appeal and charm! Check-in was a breeze using the keyless entry. The inside is so surprisingly spacious, it doesn’t even feel like a tiny home! The set up and decor is very nice and the kitchen is nicely stocked. It offers WiFi and has a Firestick so you have plenty of options for tv after a long day of enjoying the outdoors. The back deck has a nice set up as well with a fire pit, grill and patio set for outdoor relaxing. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! The owner, Cam, was very responsive and offered tons of suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. He was so accommodating and even allowed us to check-in a couple hours early. Also I accidentally left behind an item and he promptly messaged me letting me know and said he would ship it to our home. Our whole experience with this home and owner was wonderful!!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway spot!
