Regency Towers 202B - Come enjoy the peaceful views from this recently remodeled beachfront 2br/2ba condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Every detail has been hand-selected and includes new couches, new bedding, new artwork, new flat-screen TVs in every room, new patio furniture and so much more. This condo features its own washer/dryer while other units in the complex do not.

Regency Towers are located just east of all the shops & restaurants of Pensacola Beach. The great thing about Regency is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises right at the bridge, but yet it's only a short commute to enjoy all the shops & restaurants that we all love so much. There is also the FREE beach shuttle adjacent to the community that takes you up and down the Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community amenities include a beachfront pool, community clubhouse, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and elevator access.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing beachfront vacation, then Regency Towers 202B is the place for you.

Incredible Vacation!

Everything about this VRBO was amazing!! Let me just say, the photos do NOT do the property justice! The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. It was quiet and peaceful. And the location….cant beat it! Viewing the sunrise from our balcony was incredible!! Close proximity to shops, bars/restaurants, attractions and family activities. Normally we visit different locations every year, however, I think that we will be returning to our little piece of paradise again! Also, big thanks to the host for being so wonderful and communicating so promptly! 5 stars!!! Thanks for all the wonderful memories!!! 🥰

A Short Break

Overall stay was okay. We were somewhat disappointed with the property. It is aged and needs a deep cleaning. I tried reaching the property manager several times to give her the required inventory and damage report, but never did locate her. Shesupposedly was to be on the prem

Perfection!

Husband and I needed a relaxing getaway from work and kids and this was exactly what we were looking for! The beach was fantastic, location was perfect for us… close to food and shopping. The unit was very clean and had all we needed, and right by the stairs. We would def stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Right on the beach, clean, easy to find, and close to all of the traditional attractions, restaurants and amenities that Pensacola Beach has to offer.

Comfortable condo in great lication

This older condo is recently refurbished, clean and comfortable. The property manager works non-stop and the pool, beach walk and grounds are super-clean. With only 64 units, it’s easy to access the pool and beach. The location is convenient to restaurants but on a quiet stretch of beach with no hotels or large condos nearby. We’d definitely return.

Pensacola for a weekend getaway.

This condo was perfect. It was clean. It had everything you need plus! I had forgot to pack a few things but no problem because they had anything I needed. Not to mention the ocean view was amazing! Also very peaceful!an

Wonderful

This was a wonderful place to stay during our short trip. The condo definitely is definitely one of the best we’ve stayed in. While it did rain during our trip, there were many positives including games in the condo, perfect place close to food and shopping, and great views sitting out on the balcony. This place was clean and had the perfect amount of space! I would definitely enjoy coming back and thought it would be enjoyable to come back and bring our 9 year old due to all the amenities inside the condo. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Perfect Getaway

The condo was great, beautiful furnishings, nice and clean. VERY close to the ocean! 2nd floor of a tower directly facing the beach. Check in was effortless. This condo’s kitchen is better stocked than any I have stayed in before!

Amazing!!! Beautiful!!! Perfect!!

The condo was adorable and very clean!! Kat, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions I had prior to the trip! The view was amazing and the walk to beach was less than 2 minutes. The free chair/umbrella rental was awesome! It worked out great and we used the kayaks too! We will be coming back!

Great location. Very clean area. Loved the beach chair and umbrella service that was included! The host was very quick to respond when we contacted her. That was a blessing. I’d give it a 95 out of 100. Only reason was the beds were a tad too hard for us. It was one of our favorite vacations! :)

Family trip

It was a very nice week we really enjoyed it. A couple things that need tended to were all the blades on all the ceiling fans need tightened and the shower head in the master needs replaced. Also I changed the filter as I could hear the condensation gurgling in the pipe. It truly needs a p-trap on it to keep it from causing you issues down the road. Thanks

My son graduated high school, and got accepted into college

The family and I went to Pensacola, we diced to get a condo for one night. I am happy we did, it was a great place for my family, to relax for the time we was in town.

Awesome Host for an awesome condo

I rented this unit for long weekend trip with friends. The unit is very delightful as well as the location. Kat, was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly. My group and I really appreciated her accommodating us and allowing us access to the unit early.

Anniversary trip
