Regency Towers 202B - Come enjoy the peaceful views from this recently remodeled beachfront 2br/2ba condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Every detail has been hand-selected and includes new couches, new bedding, new artwork, new flat-screen TVs in every room, new patio furniture and so much more. This condo features its own washer/dryer while other units in the complex do not.

Regency Towers are located just east of all the shops & restaurants of Pensacola Beach. The great thing about Regency is that you don't have to deal with the crowded condos and high rises right at the bridge, but yet it's only a short commute to enjoy all the shops & restaurants that we all love so much. There is also the FREE beach shuttle adjacent to the community that takes you up and down the Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community amenities include a beachfront pool, community clubhouse, tennis courts, new pickle ball courts and elevator access.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing beachfront vacation, then Regency Towers 202B is the place for you.

It was the perfect space for our family. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking items, and the view of the beach was great.

Very relaxing stay with excellent views. Quiet building. Had amazing selection of toys for the toddler not only for the room but for the beach as well. Complimentary chairs and umbrella was set up by 7am and left up until 6pm each day. Only negative about the place was that the toilets whistled for about 2 min every time you flushed, not sure how much control owner has over that. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

Fanastic family vacation. Kat had great restaurant recommendations. Property is well stocked with everything you need including rainy day games, puzzles, books for kids and adults. Not to mention all the beach and pool toys included too. Loves the 2nd floor location and being able to see the pool from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Loved everything about this place and would definitely recommend.

Spring fun

Unit was in great location but close to good restaurants. Room was very clean and Condo was easy to get in and out of. Only problem was keeping the TV connected to Xtream cable system. All rooms looked straight out to the beach I would book again.

Great stay

The Condo was well equipped and in great condition. Easy access to the beach and not overcrowded. We would definitely recommend a stay to friends or family!

Great stay!

Location is wonderful. The place is well equipped even for children. As extremely hot as this week was, the condo was comfortable. Host provides you with everything you need to start out your stay.

Beautiful condo and views

Loved our stay! I booked our stay for my husband’s 50th birthday. He and my kids had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony and quick access to the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and decorated well. I would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing beach vacation!

Awesome Beachfront Condo

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip. Beachfront location was steps from the beach. We loved overlooking the beach and pool. Owners took all the work from us and left conveniences such as beach wagon, cooler, sand toys, beach chairs, nets etc. Beds were comfortable. Nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and communication from host was quick to respond.

Winter Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had some friends join us for part of the stay, the guest bedroom and bath are very large so they were comfortable sharing the condo space with us. We had the opportunity to meet the lovely owner and she was very accommodating to our needs and suggestions. We especially loved the location on the beach, plus it was only a short drive to all the restaurants and shopping on the Island. We would certainly consider renting this unit again!

A+ Pensacola experience

Condo was wonderful, very clean and came with everything we needed for several beautiful days at the beach! Enjoyed the close walk to the beach and pool, and close enough but not too close to the busiest stretch of Pensacola beach. Only downside was the construction going on around the facility, which might have been a bigger issue had we been staying in one of the other units but didn’t bother us in this one. Highly recommended.

Beach Please

The condo was so clean and absolutely adorable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Yes, there was construction going on but that is inevitable when making updates/improvements. Booking and check-in was so easy. The property owner responded quickly to questions and was very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay there again☀️

Overall stay was okay. We were somewhat disappointed with the property. It is aged and needs a deep cleaning. I tried reaching the property manager several times to give her the required inventory and damage report, but never did locate her. Shesupposedly was to be on the prem

Incredible Vacation!

Everything about this VRBO was amazing!! Let me just say, the photos do NOT do the property justice! The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. It was quiet and peaceful. And the location….cant beat it! Viewing the sunrise from our balcony was incredible!! Close proximity to shops, bars/restaurants, attractions and family activities. Normally we visit different locations every year, however, I think that we will be returning to our little piece of paradise again! Also, big thanks to the host for being so wonderful and communicating so promptly! 5 stars!!! Thanks for all the wonderful memories!!! 🥰

Overall good

We would stay here again. However, I do appreciate honest reviews so here is mine. The place was overall clean, but corners and such were very dirty of hair and dirt etc. Beach towels would be a nice touch and was greatly missed. Also if staying for a couple days it would be nice if there was more than one dishwasher pod. But other wise a great stay, time and great location!!

Pensacola Beach Get Away

Overall, we had a good time! Location of rental is awesome right on the beach. Check in was easy. However, we had hair in our bed and both side of the beds in 2 different rooms were unmade when we arrived. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and wet towels were left in the the washer. Got the feeling the room was not cleaned before we got there or rushed.....

Reflection and Relaxation

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, simply and tastefully decorated, and well located. It overlooks the ocean, which is always a bonus. Plus, just take one flight of stairs (or one floor down on the elevator) and a short walk out the back door and up-and-over-the-dunes via the boardwalk, and you are on the beach! This was a memorial trip during which I was thinking about the recent loss of my wife of nearly 39 years. Pensacola Beach was her favorite vacation destination. The peacefulness of the condo and the beach was very comforting. A very good choice for one to six vacationers. I highly recommend it! (But I hope folks don’t book it solid for the next year—I want to be able to go back.)
