Thank you very much for considering my condo for your vacation. My name is KC, and I have owned this condo for 18 years and manage it myself. I live at the condo during the winter months, so this is more than a rental property to me – it is my home.

I am honored that over 200 guests have rated my condo 5 out of 5 stars.

You have my commitment to do everything I can to ensure your vacation is memorable, including having my personal cell phone number which I answer/reply 24x7x52.

From March 1st thru October 31st, your booking will include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (via Lazy Days Beach Service) - a $50/day value. Lazy Days will set up and take down - you just enjoy the beach.

Access to the building and my condo is via the same 6 digit access code, which will be unique to your stay (most condo's have 2 different codes, one for building and another for the condo).

Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise on approximately five acres with 300' of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My condo is located on the 14th floor. Emerald Isle is the premier property in Pensacola Beach:
• Gulf Front, so no road to cross to get to the beach.
• Walkable to most restaurants and shopping.
• Unobstructed views of the Gulf.
• Private balconies.
• Heated pool and Jacuzzi year round.

My condo features:
• All new kitchen appliances installed in 2022/23.
• Completely repainted in 2023.
• Luxury furnishings.
• King bed (master), queen bed (2nd) and queen & 2 twin premium air mattresses.
• Master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms
• Washer & dryer
• I use the premier cleaning service on the island, BBClean.
• Free parking for 1 vehicle

PLEASE NOTE:
• My condo has blackout roller shades in the Master Bedroom, blackout cellular shades in the 2nd bedroom and 97% light blocking roller shades in the living room.
• All TV's are Smart TVs with DirecTV and most major streaming services enabled.
• A single additional parking registration **may** be available (not guaranteed, it is first come, first serve for the limited extra parking spots).

The place is beautiful with an amazing view and very clean! KC has excellent communication and is very responsive. We were there when a hurricane started making its way to us, and he informed us multiple days before the hurricane to be on the lookout and to be prepared. He was very concerned about our safety, and that meant a lot to our family. We definitely hope to be back. It has been our favorite place to stay in a long time! The condo is well-stocked with all you need. Lots of things to do and great food, many within walking distance!

Great location, beautiful beach views the minute you wake up and roll over. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the location, directly across the street from the Native Cafe, best breakfast diner on the beach rd. Fantastic Tiki bar on the Bay at the Paradise Inn. I will be booking again, recommend the same for you.

Location of the condo is great, very close to everything. The unit itself is nice and clean with great views. The host is amazing and is easy to deal with and has great communication!

The condo was great. 14th floor had wonderful views. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Knute was a joy to work with. He kept great communication with me the entire stay. I'd definitely recommend staying in this condo.

The view was wonderful. The deck was very nicelyfurnished. Enjoyed sitting out there all day.Kitchen was very well equipped. Host was extremely accommodating, anytime I had tocontact him. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach view from the balcony! Beach chair/umbrella service being included this time of year was a terrific bonus that we greatly appreciated. Host was very responsive and helpful with information about events in the area. Condo was clean and as advertised. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again

This condo is absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony is impressive! Watching and listening to the waves, even on a cloudy & rainy day was amazing! The Blue Angels flew by every evening. The walk down to the beach is super easy and the chairs and umbrella are such a huge positive! Everything inside the condo was so comfortable. Lots of great food recommendations and you can walk all over and do not need a car. Everyone was overly friendly and so nice to talk to. The owner was wonderful with communication and the instructions were perfect. Hope to stay again!
