Thank you very much for considering my condo for your vacation. My name is KC, and I have owned this condo for 16 years and manage it myself. I live at the condo during the winter months, so this is more than a rental property to me – it is my home.

I am honored that over 150 guests have rated my condo 5 stars!

You have my commitment to do everything I can to ensure your vacation is memorable, including having my personal cell phone number which I answer/reply 24x7x52.

Your booking will include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (via Lazy Days Beach Service) - a $50/day value. Lazy Days will set up and take down - you just enjoy the beach.

Access to the building and my condo is via the same 6 digit access code, which will be unique to your stay (most condo's have 2 different codes, one for building and another for the condo).

Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise on approximately five acres with 300' of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My condo is located on the 14th floor. Emerald Isle is the premier property in Pensacola Beach:
• Gulf Front, so no road to cross to get to the beach.
• Walkable to most restaurants and shopping.
• Unobstructed views of the Gulf.
• Private balconies.
• Heated pool and Jacuzzi year round.

My condo features:
• All new kitchen appliances installed in 2022/23.
• Completely repainted in 2023.
• Luxury furnishings.
• King bed (master), queen bed (guest) and queen & 2 twin premium air mattresses.
• Master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• TVs with Roku in master and guest bedrooms and living room (see note below)
• Washer & dryer
• I use the premier cleaning service on the island, BBClean.
• Free parking for 1 vehicle

PLEASE NOTE:
• My condo has blackout roller shades in the Master Bedroom, blackout cellular shades in the 2nd bedroom and 97% light blocking roller shades in the living room.
• All TV's are Roku/streaming equipped with most major streaming services. You may need to use your own accounts to stream, though the TV in the Living Room has Netflix, ESPN, Paramount+, Peacock, Disney and other services logged in. I do not have cable TV.
• A single additional parking registration **may** be available (not guaranteed, it is first come, first serve for the limited extra parking spots) and is $25/night.

Great communication

Despite of some small issues regarding the cleaning, after we let them know, they responded promtly and solve de issue, great location, I recomend it and would go back for sure.

Ready To Go Back

We enjoyed our stay! The beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins, & sting rays. At night we used a flashlight on the beach and saw crabs. It is located to lots of shops and restaurants. My 3 year old is still talking about the “beach house”

Property was clean and well stocked on cookware, dinnerware, etc. Family appreciated having the Kureg. It was odd that the property owner had Jan as a gift, but the comment about not putting a partially eaten jar back into the stock was off putting

Great Stay!

The condo was very well kept, very clean. KC was a gracious host. His handbook and tips came in quite handy and he was always quick to respond. Access to the beach and the chairs that were thrown in were perfect. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and was a perfect place to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. My friend and I were there for a girls' trip and we couldn't have been more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place -- we've already talked about booking again!

Very Clean

The Condo was very clean with great views. Knute is the best owner we have ever dealt with. There was a hurricane possibly headed to Pensacola during our trip. He kept us updated before & during our stay. He is Johnny on the spot with any issue that might come up.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location. The accessibility and convenient location to the beach, shopping, and restaurants is fantastic! You can walk to everything in minutes! The pool is very nice also. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. We had an issue with the ice machine not working for our stay and she helped with a solution, but it would have been more convenient to have ice in our condo.

Great location, perfect for our family!

This was an amazing location in Pensacola Beach. Right on the water with a great pool and beach access. The space had two good sized bedrooms (one bedroom with an ocean view!) and 2 bathrooms which worked perfectly for my husband, toddler and I. The building was relatively quiet and the condo was very spacious for the 3 of us. KC did a great job providing an incredibly extensive guide for the area and the property and was super communicative through our trip. Check-in was very seamless and overall would highly recommend!

Great!

This property was clean and well stocked! The views were beautiful. Location was perfect to walk, golf cart or trolley! Easy access to beach and loved having the chair / umbrella rental. Would definitely stay here again! The owner was very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Pensacola Paradise

The location of the condo is excellent. It is close to restaurants, convenience stores, shopping and more. Beautiful view, clean, and furnished like your own home. The owner is very kind and makes sure your stay is the best!! I would definitely stay again!

Did not meet the previous good reviews

This property was dated and needed to be painted. Had stains on the walls and ceilings. Had no area in either bathroom to place make-up or toiletries so they had to stay packed - even during use. Patio furniture was old and worn. Had only one working elevator for 17 floors of 136 condos, so the wait for an elevator was long and crowded. Only had three luggage carts and they were in high demand, so the wait was long to get one. Other than that, it was OK.

Perfect Get away

This property was perfect for my family. The condo is beautiful and well equipped with everything you may need. The property owner was so courteous and helpful with any questions that I may have had. We were late arriving due to airline issues and he checked on us via text to make sure all was good once we got settled. This property is the perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and night life. It was nice having both the pool and ocean available to swim in. Hot tub was nice as well. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely stay here again.

2024 Family Trip

We like to stay in this condo on our yearly trip if possible, but this was the first year in this particular suite. The view was fantastic and we were able to watch dolphins and rays from the balcony every day. The walk to the beach is short and easy, the chairs that come with it are convenient and the pool is always clean. The facility is always clean and well kept. Having small kids we love how secure the property is and all the guests are always welcoming. The property owner was always a message away and made sure we were taken care of. Would for sure be willing to come back.

Awesome place to stay

Everything about our stay was awesome! The check in process was effective and easy. The condo was decorated beautifully, comfortable, and had amazing views of the water. The host was quick to respond and did check in to ensure things were going smoothly. This was our first time in Pensacola and we loved it. Everything was so convenient and we can’t wait to go back!! Beautiful condo in perfect location

This beautiful condo has everything you need. My family has been coming to Pensacola for spring break for the last five years and this is the best condo we have stayed in. The condo conveniently is located a short walk to all the restaurants and bars.

Spring break!

Loved the condo and the view! Good size for 3 kids under 5 too. Loved the 2 free beach chairs and umbrella, even though we were only allowed the umbrella up one day. Great communication with property manager too! Only suggestion would be some better pillows for the master bed!

Emerald Isle Gem

The property was beautifully appointed, the view was next-level. The condo was better than advertised, in my opinion. The owner was in touch with me several times during our stay, to make sure it was to our standards and liking. He also had a homemade jam for us which was absolutely delish! We felt completely at home; very catered to and the property far exceeded our expectations; we're ready to book again!

We really enjoyed this condo. Location on the beach was awesome as well as the view from the balcony. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for the four of us. Owner was courteous and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again.
