Welcome to the Magia condominium, in the Paradise complex in Playa del Carmen. The turquoise sea and white sands are literally two minutes walking. It has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a queen bed and the guest room with two double beds, both also with a view of the patio and their own bathroom. Additionally, there is a half bathroom next to the living room.
These condominiums are excellently located, as in addition to being close to the beach, they are also less than 1 minute from Fifth Avenue, where you will find various options for eating and shopping. If you like Golf, there is a field 2 miles away in the Playacar subdivision, where you can find the Hard Rock golfers club. If you enjoy excursions and swimming, there are many nearby cenotes (natural pools) just 4 miles away.
To get to the condominium, we can offer you the transportation service from the airport for an extra cost, since it is 45 minutes from the beach. Our concierge will receive you at your condominium and will offer you our various additional services such as grocery shopping, babysitting, excursions, restaurant reservations, and more.
MONTHLY PRICE:
- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable up to 7 business days.
Early Entry / Late Exit:
- In case of requiring early entry or late exit, these have an additional cost.

Anfitrión: Matt Weatherbee
We moved from Boston to Playa del Carmen, Mexico in 2008 and we haven't looked back since. We came originally on vacation and saw the opportunity to open a successful property management company. Within 3 months of returning from vacation, we had quit our jobs, sold everything (except our condo and car) and drove 4,500 miles from Boston to Playa with our 2 miniature schnauzers.
We absolutely love Mexico. The food is fantastic - we eat out often, enjoying a variety of cuisines in one of a kind establishments, most of which are within walking distance of our condo. We have formed a large circle of friends, mostly retired expats, and even host Thanksgiving with usually more than 50 attendees! For Halloween a group of 20+ friends come over, all dressed in costume and we hit 5th Avenue and hand out candy to all the children. It is the most fun day of the entire year!
When we are not working, Matt enjoys working out, reading, playing bridge, cooking gourmet meals and visiting the beach. Allan enjoys watching TV, playing blackjack, eating out, going to the movies and also visiting the beach.

We love the location: 2 blocks from Mamitas Beach and only 2 blocks from 5th Avenue. You are right in the middle and best part of town!
