This beautifully appointed 6-bedroom, 4-bath lakefront home is the perfect setting for making lifelong memories with family and friends. With gorgeous lake views, a sandy walk-in beach, and plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities, you'll find everything you need for the ultimate Lake Norman getaway.

As soon as you step through the front door, you're greeted by a wall of windows showcasing breathtaking views of Lake Norman. The open-concept layout connects the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and great room, making it easy to stay connected whether you're preparing meals, playing games, or simply lounging by the fireplace. Watch the big game on the large flat-screen Smart TV, or just take in the natural beauty outside.
The main level features two comfortable bedrooms:
-A spacious primary king ensuite, with direct access to the back deck—perfect for sipping your morning coffee lakeside.
-A cozy queen guest room, also with deck access and easy proximity to the hall bath.

The private white sandy beach is what gives Barefoot Cove its name, and it's truly a guest favorite. The gentle, walk-in entry to the lake makes it perfect for swimmers of all ages. Lounge in the Adirondack chairs, dip your toes in the water, or launch one of the four provided kayaks (2 adult, 2 child-sized) for a peaceful paddle around the cove.
The dock area is ideal for a rented boat or just sunbathing and taking in the spectacular Lake Norman sunsets. Just before you reach the dock, there's a spacious lakeside seating area—perfect for afternoon chats, stargazing, or snapping that perfect group photo.

📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (2 PM) and late check-out (12 PM) are available for a $50 fee per request—subject to availability. Please note: this option is not available on holidays.
💍 No Events or Weddings
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted at Southern Belle.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.
