Nestled on a quiet inlet, welcome to your 12,000 sq foot waterfront property. This elegant home resides on over 120' of water frontage included in almost an acre of land; and with your very own boat slip!! You'll enjoy beautiful sunsets and awesome views. It's a vacation retreat for any size family and equipped with 7 bedrooms with 14 beds sleeps 16 people. There are many areas in the home to steal away whether cuddling in one of the many living areas.

Outstanding accommodations on Lake Norman!

Our family had a great experience! This property has an abundance of space for a large family to gather. Many thanks to the host for an amazing arrival experience and providing everything we could possibly have needed. We would definitely return to this property!

The perfect house

What an amazing property. Everyone found something to do, and I loved that I was able to seat with the grandkids in the theater room and have popcorn. Having the pool was a big heat, I want to say with got in the pool everyday. So much space, and quite. So many nooks to seat and read. Loved it, and will return on future vacations.

Perfect for Extended family vacation

First, Ty and team were absolutely wonderful. The property is very nice and fit our multigenerational extended family with room to spare. We had a set of grandparents, and three families with kids spanning ages 1.5 years old -15 years old. Total of 16 people. We rented a pontoon boat, which we docked at the Marina. We used the kayaks off of dock by the house and it was so much fun. Loved the spot and would come back.

We had a fabulous time in a spectacular house. No issues to report. I do apologize for the increased noise outside the first night. Hope the place was found to be in satisfactory condition upon our exit and that you would consider allowing us to return at some time in the future. Thank you!

Amazing stay

The host was great, the house is amazing. And the location at the very end of the lake (with young kids) couldn’t have been better. What a great experience all around.

Another Great Family Vacation

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mansion. It is so spacious and offers a lot of wonderful entertainment for everyone. The pool and pool spa made our vacation more enjoyable and fun. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and the young ones had a ball riding around and tubing. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends.

Wonderful, spacious home with pool!

My family had an amazing stay. The house is massive, with a gated pool and lake access. The home was very clean and well kept, and we enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. The property manager is very responsive and replied quickly to one question we had during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing house

Great house for a big family. Had a lot of room for everyone. The kids loved the movie room and the games. Perfect for renting a boat and enjoying a relaxing week on the lake.

Family reunion

Beautiful home, convenient to everything, good pool, lots of things to do, pool tables, ping pong, foosball, media rooms, couldn’t ask for more! Loved our time there!!!
