Glacier Canyon & Wilderness Waterpark 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom

We have a 2 bedroom deluxe unit available for a 3 night weekend. So gather your family or friends for a fun weekend. This resort is located near the Wisconsin Dells and part of the Wilderness Territory. Your reservation includes all indoor and outdoor water parks, fitness center, game room, and other activities. Your deluxe unit includes full kitchen, stocked with pans & dishes etc, washer/dryer, 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in bedroom #2 and queen sofa sleeper in living area plus balcony/deck. All water parks are connected and within walking distance. The maximum occupancy is 8.

Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% refund of amount paid. Reservations cancelled between 14-30 days before check-in, you get back 50%.

Guests will be supplied a final confirmation (known as a guest confirmation) prior to travel which may be requested by the resort at the time of check-in.

Guest checking in must be 21 years or older and have a current and valid form of identification.

When booking with us you are traveling as our guest. During your visit you may be offered incentives to attend a sales presentation, which could include complimentary breakfast, discounted tickets, or gift cards. Attendance is at your sole discretion and is never required when traveling with us. You can just say “NO”. We cannot be held responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion.

This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. This vacation is for a 3 night reservation. I cannot change this into a 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. It requires a full 3 night reservation. Also, I cannot divide up the reservation between 2 guests, I will lose the reservation.

Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. Please contact the resort directly for instructions if you anticipate a late arrival. Seller will not be responsible for any expense incurred with a late arrival. Please contact the resort for assistance and questions.

Occupant(s) understands that the unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party. These charges may appear on your creditcard asked for during checkin.

Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.

Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.

Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.

* Future Fee Changes: Because this is a Wyndham timeshare resort, Wyndham has the legal right to change fees/taxes at its discretion regardless of whether owners agrees or not. All of the fees and taxes that we currently know about will be included in the rental amount. Should Wyndham decide to change their fees between the time you rent from us and when you check in, the owners will not be responsible for additional fees.

Resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed although you may make a request at check-in.

Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate the correct name of the guest checking in prior to making the reservation.

Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund. This condo is 2 Bed/ 2 Bath, maximum capacity of 8.

Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages, sickness or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers or any liability or obligations.

Seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.

Requests for reservation represent your agreement to these terms and conditions.
