Wonderful Memories to be made at the Bradford House! Located just a few steps away from Historic Downtown Chincoteague, Farmer's Market, Robert Reed Downtown Park, Restaurants & Gift Shops this welcoming home awaits. This one floor central air-conditioned home sleeps up to six (6) people, and offers 2 bedrooms both with Queen size beds, a full bath, inviting and comfortable living room, large well furnished kitchen, sunroom with queen sleeper sofa, full size washer and dryer, and if you need to work while away from home internet is provided for your convenience. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition. Please bring your own linens (3 Queen), and towels This home has a NO SMOKING & NO PETS policy. We invite you and your family to make wonderful "School Street Memories" at The Bradford House.

Our 3rd year!

We love this home. Close to everything and always clean and waiting for us. We started staying here 3 years ago and now this is our come to place. Debbie is always great! Can’t wait till next year.

Great vacation!

House is very clean and updated. Has everything you need. We always have a great time here. Close to playground and a very short drive to anyplace in town. The beach is 5 min away. Can’t wait till next year!!

Very omfortable stay

It was a very clean and well kept home and reasonably priced. Everything was provided as mentioned. Only had to bring sheets and towels!! In a quiet neighborhood but, near to so much!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Next time I am going to be in the area, I'll call!🙂 (There was a small problem with tiny ants on the kitchen counters. Maybe spray the next time. Would still stay again tho.)

Walking Distance

We had a very nice time at this property. It was extremely clean - hard to do with a beach rental. The house and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. The outdoor shower was especially nice after a sandy day. Best of all - the coffee and pastry shop was just a short walk away. Thanks again.

A “cool” refuge from the heat!

Everything about the house was great - super clean and well-equipped. And thank goodness for the air-conditioning as we picked a very hot time to visit Chincoteague! Only negative was getting on the house Wi-Fi, which only worked for one of us.

Family Getaway

This home is a great place for a family vacation. My siblings and spouses enjoyed this property. The living room/dining area are spacious so that we could comfortably gather for dinner. Just a short walk to downtown and the farmers market. A good location!

Wonderful Home Rental

We decided very suddenly we needed to run away to the beach! From booking this home to check out was simple and the rental agency was readily available to answer all of our questions. The home was clean and cozy, and directly across the street from a brand new playground! Our stay was short but wonderful. Will definitely look for this home to rent again in the future!

Nice place for couple people or single family

Great location for kids across from a new playground. Overall very good place to stay. 4 stars for cleanliness because dishwasher hadn't been run and had dirty dishes in it when we got there. But not a big deal. Nice part of town-walkable to downtown.

Bradford House

House is is a good location and walkable to most things in town. Check in was quick and easy. A/C had problems and the repair didn't go well; however, the property manager was fantastic and helped us out!

Great house great location

Property and house were great. Great location. Very clean with updated TVs. Brand new nice playground directly across the street from the house. Only complaint would be the bed in the back bedroom is very uncomfortable. Could use a better mattress for sure. Also it's odd that the sleeper sofa is in the sun room where there is no AC but the sofa in the main living room/TV room isn't a sleeper. I feel like those need to be switched. Nobody wants to sleep in that sunroom in the summer with no AC so really there are only 2 beds plus a regular sofa to sleep on.

Chincoteague Stay

Great location! Convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Great for walking, running or biking. Very well maintained and clean. Minor inconveniences of no wine glasses or high ball glasses. Really had everything you could need while vacationing away from home.

Lovely home in town

We absolutely love this place . It looked so much better then the picture. It was super clean and quiet. Great location to everything. We walked to the restaurant and bars. We would recommend this place for families with children, they are building a playground right across the street.

A perfect “get away”

This house couldn’t have been better! We loved the large kitchen with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. I was very impressed with the immaculate cleanliness.

Well-situated house near Main Street

Comfortable house near Main Street in Chincoteague, VA, has a sizeable kitchen and a pleasant back sunroom. A short walk from some of Chincoteague's most popular restaurants. Management is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Overall a very nice house

We enjoyed the stay. Clean, well equipped, good location. The extra double bed is in a sun room and although it has some vents, it does not have the advantage of the cool air condition.
