Beck's Corner is as cute as can be!

Beck’s Corner is as cute as it can be! This charming home offers 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, large yard, central air conditioning, and sleeps up 5 – 6 people with 1 Queen, 1 double (hide-a-bed), and 1 Twin (Rollaway) Bed, and is pet friendly. Located within just a few minutes walk to the Veteran’s Memorial Park which has tennis & basketball courts, pavilion, playground, fishing dock, boat launching area, and is the perfect spot for viewing of the Pony Swim in July. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and a sunroom in addition to the 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The large yard offers plenty of space for outdoor play and picnics. We invite you to catch up on some much needed rest &relaxation, and to take time to breathe in the salt air breezes. Owner will allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The owner also reserves the right to park cars on the large lot next to house on Pony Penning ( Wednesday) and again on FRIDAY, the SWIM BACK DAY.

This home has a NO SMOKING policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.

2 Dogs are allowed, with a weight limit per dog of 80 pounds. There is $135 added to the base rental rate per pet and is not refundable.

Great Place!

Great location! Nice big yard! It's a very nice house. We will definitely keep this rental in mind when we take trips to Chincoteague.

Clean, quiet lodging

The home was clean. The neighborhood was quiet, yet located just a few blocks from the busier tourist area. The only issue we had was the comfort of the bed. Adequate supplies were provided and it was great having a washer and dryer.

Loved our stay!

This is the second time renting this property and it did not disappoint. Close to the park and dock, biking distance to trails, and big yard to play games, so perfect for our Chincoteague stay!

Great Stay at Lovely Cottage

The cottage is exactly as described and pictured very clean with really good air conditioning great location can walk to park and water. We both had a very nice stay we...We love Chincoteague!!!

Great location & comfortable house

This is a great spot! We enjoyed the location: quiet, private, and a short walk from Veteran's Park. The house is small and comfortable, enough room for a family of 4. Will book again.

Great location, quaint home

Great location and quiet. House will remind you of your grandmother's in the 70s but it is super clean and is perfect for a couple. There is a huge amount of property so it was perfect for the dogs.

Nice place to stay

Very clean, cute place to stay. Nice big yard, you can walk to the park and the dock from this location. Everything worked in the house, didn't even have to contact anyone about anything. Made lots of family memories.

Great place, perfect location!

Family of 4 with younger children - we had a wonderful stay at Beck’s Corner! It’s a cute little place, and was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat! We could walk to several places and nearly everything else was a 3-4-minute drive away. We look forward to staying again soon! (On a personal preference, the mattress is very soft, so I ended up sharing the futon with my daughter, and my son enjoyed cozying up next to Dad on the big bed! Lol) Thank you for a great stay and a great first visit to Chincoteague!! 😍

Simple, clean, great rental!

My family of four loved staying in this little house. It was an excellent location - super close to a great park where the kids played at the playground, we crabbed off the pier, and launched our kayaks to go see the ponies. The house itself is very basic, but served our needs well. Good sized bathroom. Enough room for the beds in the other rooms. Kitchen was stocked with the basics for a short stay. And a great yard to play ball with our dog who also had a great stay! We will absolutely book again!

Great for dogs, kids, families— close to playground

This property was a great size for us traveling as a couple with one child and a dog. We appreciate its well-maintained historic feel, its large property where our dog could fetch the frisbee, and that it’s just a two-minute stroll to a bayside playground. We also appreciated the outdoor hose for washing off from the beach and the sunny front “mudroom” with washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed for take-out dinners and simple breakfasts and lunches. Thank you!

Cute little dog friendly cottage with a huge yard

As advertised, a clean, but dated small pet friendly cottage with a huge yard which isn’t common in Chincoteague. Nice waterfront park just a short walk down the road. The intersection near the house was surprisingly busy but it was a holiday. We did have some bicycles and runners cut right through the yard, so be aware if your pups are sensitive to strangers. There is a nice shady picnic table in the side yard where there always seemed to be a breeze. A relaxing getaway in a beautiful place.

we had a great time!!!The house was perfect. We saw deer in the yard. It was very quiet but we were close to everything. We went shark fishing and caught a 30 pounder. Then we kept fishing and hooked onto another shark and fought it with the captain for 2 1/2 hours. It broke the line. The beach was awsome with 10 waves. We will go again next year. The ponies were amazing..

Sweet and Central

The house was perfectly centralized to the town and the beach. It was the Goldie locks perfect fit for us. Huge yard I wish we could have better taken advantage of. Visited family in Tom’s Cove and it was around the corner. It was incredibly clean when we got there, huge bonus points for us. Having a washer and drier was a life saver. Glad we chose this cute little house. There wasn’t a house number so it did make it hard to find, as we arrived at night. There was the property rental sign in the yard that told us we were in the right spot.

40th Anniversary Fun!

This was our 40th Anniversary and we decided to go to Chincoteague Island. It was a last min decision, and found this property was in the location we desired. It is an older home, but was very clean and a nice kitchen and bath. Very comfortable reclining couch after a day of exploring. The mattress on the bed is a little uncomfortable. But overall, we would rent this house again. Loved the big corner lot, dog friendly and walking distance to the Channel. We loved the town and ate seafood every night! Took a boat tour and got amazing pictures of ponies in front of the light house. Just a perfect vacation! Would love to come back to Beck's Corner!! Thank you Debbie

Chincoteague

Generally clean although tacky. Very poor quality pots and pans. We brought one pan and used it and our own knives. Only three glasses in the house. Location next to cemetery should have been disclosed in description. No soap or towels for doing dishes. Bought our own toilet paper and paper towels. Bare minimum in the house.
