my name is Maryse and I am 64 years old. My husband is called Georges and is 58 years old. We are both actors.
We are delighted to welcome you soon. Warm by nature, we are always happy to meet people and meet new people.
Arrivals are from 3 p.m. and departures are before noon.
I hope you will have a good time in our beautiful department of Pyrénées-Orientales.
Our exact address (for GPS): 17 rue de la couloumine 66680 Canohès. (this is also the address of our little theater).
It’s right next to Perpignan. Besides, if you come during school holidays (from our area), your children from 3 to 15 years old can do a theater internship with us. If you are interested, do not hesitate to ask us for all the information.
Here is what you will have:
- the entire accommodation of 40 m2. Nothing is shared in this house except the courtyard where cars are parked.
- swimming pool 4 m X 8 m and 2 m deep with large steps
- 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed (Bed linen provided) with electric heater with dry inertia.
- a living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (bed linen provided), table, chairs, buffet (plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, tea towels, all kitchen utensils), internet, flat screen TV, iron, table iron, dry inertia radiator, small portable air conditioner, vacuum cleaner
- integrated kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, induction hob, electric coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
- a bathroom with shower, sink (towels provided), washing machine 9 kg, towel radiator.
- a separate toilet
- in the garden, under shelter, a table with garden armchairs
- near the swimming pool, deckchairs, a charcoal barbecue, a drying rack.
- for your car: enclosed parking space with electric gate which you will hear.
The place is a haven of peace because it is very quiet.
Right next to it, 50 m away, there is a small canal with a fitness trail that borders it. It is frequented by joggers, walkers and appreciated for bike rides. In the morning, you can meet squirrels, cuckoos, ducks ...
Location of the apartment:
- extremely quiet area, night and day and in all seasons
- 30 m from the accommodation, there is: a city bus stop in Perpignan; an Intermarket with bakery and pastry shop, petrol and washing station, press, hairdresser for men and women, pharmacy, bank, cafeteria, florist, nurses, laundromat, optician; a beauty salon, relaxation, massages, hammam; a restaurant ; a caterer asian cuisine
- € 1 buses take you everywhere in the department
- in winter, the ski resorts are 1 hour away by car. You can get there by train at 1 €.
- in summer, all the beaches (Barcarès, Torreilles, Sainte Marie, Canet en Roussillon, Argelès sur Mer, Saint Cyprien, Collioure ...) are 20 minutes by car.
- you will be: 3 minutes by car from the “PERPIGNAN SUD” motorway exit; 8 mins by car from Perpignan city center; 8 mins by car from Perpignan train station; 20 minutes by car from Perpignan airport; 30 minutes by car from the Spanish border (low-cost races at Perthus and La Jonquera); 40 minutes by car from Girona airport (low-cost flights)
On demand services:
according to our availability and after agreement, we can:
- pick you up and / or take you back to the toll booth at the Perpignan SUD motorway exit or at the Perpignan SNCF station (10 €)
- serve you on site breakfasts (8 € / pers) and / or midday and / or evening meals (20 € / pers).
