Wonderful for families!

Absolutely wonderful! Everything was as described and the house was a nice retreat in between the competition we were attending. Would definitely stay again! My family and I loved the splash pool too! Check-in, checkout was super simple with instructions, gate codes, door codes being sent out a week in advance.

Beautiful place to stay

This was a beautiful townhome. Very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is for the property owners to put an umbrella out by the pool as it gets very hot out there and there is not any shade. Other than that I would love to stay here again next time I visit the area.

Honestly

The beds were rather small and need new mattresses, they squeaked any time you move. TV was a guess as to what you watched. Channels were not accurate. All in all a good stay, very close to the parks, roughly 20 minutes in high traffic. Close to a Publix, target and Walmart.

Review of Encantada Resort 8576 Townhouse

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was very good. In general, Encantada Resort 8576 Townhouse was in good shape and livable. But, when we arrived at Encantada Resort 8576 Townhouse, Bay Lilly Loop, the pool area had not been cleaned, some of the lounge chairs were broken (I called maintenance they replaced the chair, and they cleaned the pool, but left the sand from previous occupants in the pool. The sink in the main bedroom was clogged and maintenance fixed that after we called, the fan light fixtures had blown bulbs in them, the cookware (pots and pans nonstick) were badly scratched, barely usable.

Great place to stay

Great outdoor pools, no option to heat the backyard pool which was a little bit of a bummer but overall great stay!

Tivemos uma estadia agradável! Apenas a limpeza do local deixou a desejar. Encontramos alguns insetos na casa e em alguns cômodos! A localização é perfeita e próxima a tudo! Recomendo

Bien pour le prix

La maison est très bien situé si vous y séjourner pour passer du temps dans les parcs. La communication avec les propriétaires était parfaite. Le resort Encantana est propre et très agréable. Pour les prochains visiteurs, nous vous avons acheté 4 coupes a vin que nous avons laissé dans l’armoir au dessus du four, c’est pas mal la seule chose qu’il manquait dans la maison. Les lits sont malheureusement très durs, nous avons du acheter des mousses mémoires pour mettre dessus afin de ne plus avoir mal dans le dos.

Second time in this unit

Relax in the sun

The worst

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awful stay, I walked in and walked out. This place was dirty, outdated, stains on mattresses and chair cushions. Smelled like mildew upon entry to the point the smell was in my clothes after being in there for 10 mins. Furniture is so outdated it’s falling apart. Then when I reached out to the owner he stated I needed to stay at the property long enough for them to fix the issues. But unless they were switching out all the furniture and fumigating the home there would be no way they can fix the issues. So I received no discounted price or refund for my 5 night stay, that turned into a 10 min stay.

For the price, pretty good....but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here before and really love the place overall. Bedrooms are all upstairs and the living room and kitchen are very roomy. It needs little updates and some maintenance. Several lightbulbs were out, toilet rubber stopper was damaged, so toilet ran constantly, many damaged blinds, one of the tv remotes had no batteries, the tv in the kids room only gets 5 channels, etc. Little stuff that could make this place a 10....but without the maintenance I can only give it a 7. It's further from Disney and traffic is always jammed going to and coming back from. It's gated, quiet and has a private pool. Fix it up a little and it's a definite 10!
