Stepping through the front gate, guests are welcomed into a private courtyard lush with greenery—a peaceful retreat shaded by mature trees and enclosed by traditional coyote fencing. THINGS TO KNOW:
To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, facial tissues, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent pods. Depending on the length of your stay and personal usage, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

We also provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and bed linens. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer, and you are welcome to wash these items as needed during your stay.

We do not provide coffee or any supplies to make coffee.

Fireplace Season: October 15th through April 30th. Fireplace use may be restricted or suspended at any time due to local fire conditions, burn bans, maintenance requirements, or safety concerns.

We don't provide any of the items needed to build a fire in the fireplace. You can purchase these items or fire logs at one of our local grocery stores or drugstores.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00.
