We want to do our best to make sure all guests have an enjoyable as well as safe stay at the lake. After each guest, cleaning staff are wiping down hard surfaces, door knobs and other high touch areas with disinfectant. In order to reduce the risk of spreading infection and to protect everyone’s health, before booking the unit, you MUST be able to answer “NO” to each of the following questions:
1) Do you have a fever?
2) Do you have a cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
3) Have you had contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-
19?
4) Have you traveled outside the United States in the last 14 days?
Your answers should reflect how you feel TODAY.

Clean and cozy waterfront condo located right in the heart of the Ozarks! At MM 21, enjoy the private deck with a beautiful view of the main channel and a grill or relax by the pool on a warm summer day. Take the kids to Big Surf waterpark, play miniature golf or ride the go-carts just minutes away. Go shopping at the outlet factory shops including stores like Nautica, Pac sun, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Coach Outlet, and many more! Take dad out for a day on the golf course at the top of the hill! Then sit down and have a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants that range from casual to fine dining. Onsite activities for the family include swimming in the lakeside pool, tennis, fishing off of the docks that are equipped with electricity and swim ladders. There is also a walking path along the water's edge!
If you decide to stay inside, you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Our very clean, tastefully decorated condo has ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and pull-out sofa, fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV in the living room and all linens provided. In unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Boat slips are available for $15-$25 extra fee per night depending on size and availability. Please let me know if you will need one and what size of boat you have.. So, if you have a boat, go ahead and bring it down. We recommend using the ramp at PB 2. It is only 2.5 miles away and has plenty of parking for your trailer. Fees are based on your boat size. And if you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next-door to the complex. This is one of the few 2-bedroom condos available at Heron Bay! We hope to be hearing from you soon so you can join in on all the fun at the lake!
Absolutely no pets.
We do not provide pool towels.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in Condo or on deck.
Absolutely no Cannabis use in condo or on deck
Absolutely no Bachelor/Bachelorette or loud parties allowed.
Unit does have a washer & dryer!
One-time cleaning fee of 120.00
