Furnished 1 BR 1 BA Beach House within walking distance to Mexico Beach's pristine beach. Fully furnished including beach chairs and beach umbrellas. This home sleeps 4 people comfortably. Newly renovated with updated kitchen and family room. Includes Internet and Media Com. Large TV in Family room and Bedroom. Newly renovated walk in shower. Lots of movies and games provided for your entertainment. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Plenty of parking for your boat. Only 2 blocks from the beach. We have a beach cart to use as you walk steps away from the beach.

Peace and quiet

My wife and I have had a busy summer: a house renovation 3- hours from where we live and our youngest daughter’s (5th of 5) wedding. This place was just what e needed. We love Mexico beach. This is our second time there and it’s Marvelous! The house was a close walk to the beach, very clean and cute as could be. Susan was a great host!

Cute little beach house!

We had a great stay while here! The size of the house is perfect for two people and had a large bathroom. It was very clean. It had all pots and pans needed for cooking, a few seasonings as well. It also had a shed at the back of the house with beach supplies available to use, we were very grateful for that as we had left our chairs at home. The upstairs neighbor was also nice and greeted us when we arrived.

The “little “house in Mexico Beach

We stayed a week here and it met our needs perfectly! Short walk to the beach, biked about the little town and to different beaches and played pickleball at 2 different courts that we found. Convenient little shed on the property for storing our bikes. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely book again if we would return to this area. Host was very easy to communicate with and our questions were promptly answered!

A perfect place.

All communication was perfect. Beach and sun for the daytime. Good good in the evening. And a great fun time at the Lookout for some karaoke and locals.

Excellent Stay

We had a lovely stay here for a week. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was super clean and had everything we needed for the week and was close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute little beach house

The house was perfect for what me and my friend needed, one bedroom one bath. it’s not as close to the beach as I would have hoped but we were able to drive three blocks down and park right in front of the beach so no problem. Whoever lives upstairs was never a problem she never bothered us and we hope we never bothered her :-)

Great Time!

Very clean quite house. Upstairs is rented. Really didn’t hear anything. Short walk to the beach.

Mexico Beach is one of my favorite places on Earth. This little bungalow is quite and tastefully decorated.

Birthday Fall Break

Wife and I very much enjoyed our trip to Mexcio Breach. One of our favorite places to visit. Little yellow cottage was ideal for the 2 of us for long weekend. Stayed Thursday thru Monday. The cottage was everything advertised. Would point out that there is Dish TV with no local channels. There is a HD TV antenna, but it did not work. So if wanting to watch cbs for college football make sure have app on phone. The cottage does have all the items for cooking, enjoying the time together around the table. There is another room above the cottage that is rented, expect another car parked in drive. We would certainly rent again. Thanks for having us.

Great Little Beach House

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was everything we were looking for and was close enough to the beach to walk. It did rain a lot during our stay but we were very comfortable in this house. We will definitely be back!

Cute little house, perfect for a couple!

We booked a week stay in Mexico Beach for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The house was just perfect for 2 people. Nice cold A/C, extra towels, chairs, beach umbrella and everything we needed in the kitchen. Washer/Dryer was very convenient. Susan was friendly and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great property! Susan was wonderful!

The house was very clean and nicely remodeled. Mother Nature was in a really bad mood, so having a nice place to hang out while it poured down rain was a blessing.
