This is a recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a small condominium directly on the ocean in Ormond By the Sea. It is located on a no-drive beach, perfect for families. This unit includes all the usual amenities including excellent cable and internet access. It is close to a grocery store and restaurants. The pool is sparkling clean with a view of the ocean. Easy drive to Orlando attractions. A coin laundry is available on the premises.

Repeated stay and enjoyed

This is the second time my family stayed at this property over Christmas. The host made the place very comfortable and kept decorations up . It was our home away from home for Christmas. The location was great, near beach and the place was plenty roomy and clean. Would highly recommend.

Great unit and great complex

This complex is amazing ocean views to pool views, quite and laid back atmosphere great for familys wanting to be near the daytona beach atmosphere without being around the heavy crowd's. We loved everything from unit itself to complex to beach will be back agian.

Wonderful location

Thank you to Marie for renting us her beautiful ocean side condo. There were a lot of amenities she offered that were very nice and helpful for our trip. The on-site property managers that help Marie check in guests were helpful and nice as well.

Wonderful Stay at Indies House

Wonderful condo. We were first time renters and using VRBO. Marie was a pro at providing us all the info we needed to get there and have a very comfortable stay. The unit was a nice size for my family of 4 . Lots of room with a full kitchen that came in handy. It was a cold time while we were there in December so not much use of any of the beach or pool amenities. But - being so close to the beach was beautiful. Would 100% stay here again.

We would love to come back!

Marie was excellent to work with. We loved the location and it worked perfect for what we were there for. Just wished the elevator was working but we made it work.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean. We hated having to leave. Can’t wait to come again.

We had a wonderful time in Ormond. The property was located in a great location close to shopping and the beach wasn’t crowded. Would definitely go back again

Wonderful location

We’ve been coming to this condo complex for many years. It is perfect! Family friendly, calm, right on the beach. Wonderful condo in a park wonderful place.

Quiet relaxing hideaway

My wife and I wanted to find a quiet place for two weeks after a convention. Friends joined us for a few days. This condo was perfect. On the beach, well maintained, a few but not too many neighbors who were all friendly. Nice area to walk and bike ride.

Fun stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at condo 404 at The Indies House at Ormond by the Sea. The place was beautifully decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean! It is conveniently located with a Publix and small mall within walking distance. Everything we needed was provided. The owner was very accommodating. We plan to return.

We grew up in this area and wanted to own property here when we came back to visit. We continue to add amenities and improve the interior on each visit. No improvements needed on the beautiful view and great location. Come and visit!

We love Ormond Beach. We liked the convenience of being across the street from the Publix . We also liked that it was smaller than the other high rises and it has plenty of parking. We liked the no drive beach.
