We welcome you to Faraja House, a home away from home; we are very excited to be your hosts, and promise to afford our guests Faraja for the entire duration of their stay.

Located in a tranquil and secure neighborhood, Faraja House is private and cozy, with easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, military bases, and major tourist attractions of the Historic Triangle of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.

The home was well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen. The space was clean and location convenient. There is a train nearby that comes through in the evening but it doesn’t last long - we got use to it.

Our stay at the house was great. The beds were comfy, air conditioner worked great, house was very clean and easy to get to. We were in town to pick up our son who was graduating from Fort Ustis and was only a 20 minute drive. Would stay again if we were in the area.

The property was exceptionally clean, it was clear that the owners take great pride in keeping the space tidy.The layout was practical and comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The property is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and kid-friendly locations.

This was our second stay at Faraja House, and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. My friends and I stayed here for a tennis tournament. The location is excellent for us, and it’s the perfect size. I barely heard any trains this time - they don’t bother us anyway. The property is very private and feels safe, but at the same time you are close to everything. The outdoor space is huge! Faraja House will definitely be my go to place to stay with my friends!!

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property. The small house serves our needs well. We love the big yard, bar-b-que grill, and convenient location. The hosts are gracious and responsive.

Warm and inviting!

We had a great experience staying at Faraja house. The space was perfect for us; inviting, well kept, and kind, supportive hosts. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and a variety of appliances. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Great!

We booked this rental literally hours before heading to Virginia from New Jersey and the hosts were so accommodating and responsive.The rental is exactly as described, very cozy and clean. They have every kitchen appliance known to man and a spacious backyard.When I asked if they had extra garbage bags, the host delivered it to our door within minutes. The price was great for what we rented as well!

This was a great location and the house is very nice with everything we needed. The train does come by early so that is something to be aware of.

I had everything I needed for a stay on my own to attend a nearby conference. Much better fit than a hotel room.

Home away from home

This stay was like taking home where you want to be. It was a cozy clean home with the added extra of decorum. We were in town for a wedding and our kids who live in other states from us came by for breakfast and it felt like they came home...thank you

Wonderful and extremely comfortable house.

Well maintained and more than adequately stocked with anything you would ever need to live. The kitchen appliances and amenities are fit for a chef… Quiet neighborhood large yard and close to shopping. Easy to get to and find. Ed and Margeret are very responsive and kind.

Perfection

What a wonderful stay at the Faraja House. House is in a nice quiet location but yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. Well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommend it and hope to be back soon. Hosts were friendly and definitely makes you feel at home. Thank you!
