This gorgeous single family house (not a duplex or condo) is perfect for your vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms (2 king, 2 queen and a set of bunk beds) plus 3 full bathrooms. A huge kitchen with white cabinets and granite counter tops. The great room has new living room furniture and a large dining table that seats 8-10 people comfortably. All furniture and décor is high end and just stunning to see.
For those who love to enjoy the outdoors, it has 3 balconies - the top 2 which have views of the Ocean. The fenced in back yard is covered with master turf, with a grill and dining table which is perfect for family dinners. The Aqua Swim Spa can be used as a pool for you to swim in during the day or as a spa for you to relax in during the evenings. There is a washer and dryer as well. The private elevator comes in very handy when you are loading in your luggage and supplies.
The location is ideal! You can park your car and walk to everything. The house is located 3 blocks from a beach access that has a lifeguard tower and parking for golf carts and bike racks. The famous Carolina Beach Lake Park is 2 blocks away. The park features a walking path and new playground, In the summer there is a farmer's market on Saturday mornings and family appropriate movies on Sunday evenings. The boardwalk is 4 blocks away and features amusement rides in the summer along with fireworks on Thursday evenings.

You will find the house well stocked and very comfortable! The perfect place for a multi-family vacation or couples gathering with plenty of parking and room for all.
No Events are allowed - no weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties

This rental was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, ample number of bedrooms/bathrooms and the pool spa was great after a long day at the beach. We loved the very large family room on the third floor that offered plenty of room for all of us to gather and play games. It is very close to the beach access point, and just a close walk from there to the beach. Would highly reccomend this rental.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach, lake or boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable, porches were great, especially the rooftop! Swimspa was fun for all.

Beautiful well maintained home. Really enjoyed the decks for our morning coffee. The swim spa was a great addition as well as the fenced backyard and was enjoyed by everyone.

This house was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 6. We rented golf carts so the location was about 2 blocks from the beach access, a short ride to the boardwalk and to Kure Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, the owners had toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms to start with. Everything was clearly labeled. There were a good assortment of games and puzzles. The fenced in back yard was a great place to spend time and the elevator was a Godsend! I definitely recommend this house. Thank you so much to the owners.

The home was perfect for what we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. While we did not spend anytime on the the beach, it is close enough to walk to. We spent a lot of time on the deck off of the living room and were able to catch a gorgeous sunrise. We didn’t use the backyard or swim spa so I can’t leave a review on those amenities, but it looked nice at night with the outdoor lights.

The home was as described, very lovely and comfortable. The swim spa was a great place to relax in the evening, enjoyed sitting out on the deck for morning coffee. The home is close to the beach, just a short walk, close to restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great location in walking distance to the beach or to the local community park. The house was exactly as described and the beds were very comfortable. The living / dining space on the top floor is laid out perfectly for our family. Plenty of fun games to entertain. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Definitely recommend!

Everything was lovely! This was the perfect house for our growing family, which included my husband and I along with our sweet lab, my two daughters and their husbands and their toddler boys. We had a fantastic week!

We loved this builder spec. home as soon as we saw it. We outfitted with high end furniture and beautiful artwork from local artists. The balconies and large backyard with a swim spa are unique and provide the outdoor living experience we enjoy.
It's proximity to the Ocean, Lake and boardwalk made it the perfect choice.

Elevator, lots of parking spaces and a fully fenced in backyard. Plus, pets are allowed if you paid the $250 pet fee. Swim Spa can be used as a pool or a spa during your stay.
