Welcome to 13 Palms, a spacious dog-friendly coastal retreat in Carolina Beach with a private heated pool, hot tub, fully fenced backyard, 5 bedrooms, and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests.

— HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool.

NOTES:
• A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed.
• A $250 non-refundable pet fee applies.
• The private pool is heated seasonally from May through September - Pool heaters rely on the surrounding air temperature and work best when nighttime temperatures remain above approximately 60°F. During colder weather, the heater may not be able to maintain the desired water temperature.

My family stayed here with 6 adults and 2 children. We absolutely loved it. The house was great with tons of space and the amenities were so fun. The place was clean and exactly as advertised!

This house is amazing. It really is just as advertised, it's clean, spacious, functional and in a great location. My wife and I loved it. Especially how easy and friendly it was to communicate and book everything. We are already talking about when to come back again. Such a great place, and property managers.

The only thing I will say bad is the bed pillows are horrible. So if you are pillow picky like me, bring your own. Everything else was fabulous. Wish we have had warmer weather to use the pool, but it was clean and ready if you dare use on high 70's weather...

Very nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice, super clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was great and definitely got a lot of use! We also loved the primary bathroom, especially the shower—it was amazing after a long day out.The only downside for us was that it’s just a little too far to walk to the boardwalk, so we ended up driving over. But honestly, that was a pretty minor inconvenience compared to all the positives.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful house well equipped and easy access to get to the beach, boardwalk or anywhere else on the island. Kitchen was well stocked as we do cook alot and outside area was great. We never found the high chair and it was advertised to have 2 garage spots and 2 driveway spots but with the golf cart present we did have to park 3 suburbans in the driveway which was tight but manageable. Overall we would definitely stay here again if we ever needed to travel without dogs as they do enjoy swimming.

Great Summer Family Vacation

Very impressed with the house, everything was very clean, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, provided beach chairs and towels. The pool was a good size and heated, the fire pit and hot tub were also nice. Plenty of seating in the living room for the family to sit and socialize.

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Very clean, very organized and lots of amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and extremely relaxing. The check-in process was easy and the property management was very attentive and answered our questions in a timely fashion. House is in a beautiful location, close to the beach, boardwalk and parks. Will be coming back!

This is the life!

We had the best time at 13 Palms. The house, pool and yard were gorgeous. The house has plenty of space for relaxing in between pool time and trips to the ocean. We rented a golf cart and loved cruising around the neighborhood. The playground nearby was a hidden perk! We will definitely rent here again!

Loved the house and backyard area! The primary bedroom mattress wasn't comfortable, the sides felt like you had to get into the middle of the bed or fall off and it was too soft. It wasn't clear how to operate the outside speakers or operate the heated pool and we ran into issues with the main tv. The maint guy was very helpful and professional when he came by. We had a great time overall and it was a nice house for our group. The kitchen worked well and the grill outside was a good size for cooking. The property management company was responsive and very pleasant. Wished there were swim pool noodles to float with in the pool. Thanks!

Hey Rick, we will print out and post directions to the Sonos outside speakers, good idea. The pool was heated and is controled by the owner, not individual guests. There were pool noodles in the outside storage bin on the side of the house. Not sure about the mattress, you are the first guest to mention it. You are welcome anytime. David

Perfect Home for a Beach Vacation

It was very clean, modern, fully stocked with all the starter supplies needed & close to everything. We had plenty of room (and more) to spread out. The pool was so nice especially after a long hot day of site-seeing. There was plenty of room for parking (including the garage if you choose to). The house is close to a trail so it made walking the dog so much nicer (poop bags & trash cans are located along the way). We had a couple of minor issues that were addressed very quickly. The A1 team was so helpful/friendly. We had a wonderful time & we’re so sad to leave!

I cooked a beautiful Thanksgiving meal in the well stocked kitchen. Everyone was comfortable, fat, and happy! Home was in a great location, and surrounding neighbors were friendly. Being close to grocery stores and restaurants made it very easy for everyone to get around. We also brought along our family dog and he loved the easy walks to the beach and park, everyone did! A1 property management was very helpful and quick to answer questions even on a busy holiday. Our family made some wonderful and fun memories in this comfortable, and beautiful home. We all decided we will definitely make our way back to this fantastic gem to make more.

The home was absolutely gorgeous, with top-of-the-line furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. It had everything anyone could possibly need: games, cozy throw blankets, fully stocked kitchen items, and more.We stayed over Christmas and were initially concerned about not having a tree or decorations, but those worries disappeared immediately. The owners had tastefully placed Christmas décor in every room, including a stunning white coastal-themed tree in the living room that paired perfectly with the electric fireplace. It made the home feel warm, festive, and incredibly welcoming.The room off the kitchen with a desk that could be closed off was a perfect setup for my husband to work remotely while we were there. The layout offered plenty of space, so no one ever felt on top of each other. We especially loved that everyone had their own bathroom—each one beautifully decorated.The private backyard was a heaven-sent. We enjoyed the high-end outdoor furniture, huge TV, hot tub, and impressive grill. There was also a gorgeous pool and a lovely fire pit. Although it was winter and we didn’t visit the beach, the home was fully stocked with beach chairs, floats, balls, and coolers, which would be fantastic in warmer months.Having a garage that fit two cars was another great bonus. Words truly don’t do this home justice—it is absolutely amazing. The only thing we regret is not staying longer!

The house was fantastic. We stayed for a week, there was a small wifi issue that owners communicated and handle effectively and quickly. The house had plenty of room for our group and the pool and back porch area are amazing.
