Starting 1/15/2024 through April 17, 2024 (dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions) Redfish Village will be recoating the common area hallways, stairwells, balconies and replacing wood trim at all of the wood columns located on balconies and hallways. This exquisite vacation home is located on the top floor of the Redfish Village Resort. It has everything traveling families or groups need to enjoy a relaxing getaway on the Gulf. Enter the property at the beach through a private breezeway - the perfect spot for storing beach gear while also providing a furnished outdoor living space. Beach and pool toys are available for younger guests. Redfish Village’s location is ideal. A one-block walk/bike ride will take you to the private Redfish Village beach access with a gated bathroom and showers. There is also a free seasonal beach shuttle. Looking for a break from the beach? Enjoy the many options at Redfish Village, including a resort-style pool (heated seasonally) and another smaller pool (heated year-round). There is a playground for the kids and a workout room for the grownups. Enjoy the Ping-Pong table and seasonal lawn games while cooking poolside on the gourmet gas grills. Stroll on the boardwalk to Little Redfish Lake - an authentic resort feel awaits. The beaches of Blue Mountain are laid back and family-friendly. 30A is bike, pedestrian, and golf cart friendly, too. The local Publix, Seaside, and Grayton Beach are less than five miles away.

As soon as you step inside, you’ll notice the updated home offers a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area, and the bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom. Beautiful French doors lead from the living room and main bedroom to a spacious shaded balcony, which will quickly become your favorite spot in the home. This furnished balcony is a peaceful outdoor retreat the whole family will enjoy. Extra perks include central air-conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and smart TVs in the bedrooms and living area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Stay
We spent Thanksgiving at Redfish and this home didn't disappoint. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. It even includes four beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

Great property with a little exceptions
The Redfish is a great property. Included many amenities that were necessary for a relaxing vacation. Located conveniently within walking distance to the beach. I have a couple of suggestions for the property, however. Number one, it would have been helpful to have a directory to the property to help locate the owners lounge/gym ( there may have been signage that I missed, but I didn’t see any. A property map would have been helpful with the information and parking pass that was left in the unit. Second, it was rather confusing about tent set up on the beach. The first two days of our stay, we were allowed to set up our “ Cool Cabanna” behind the rental umbrellas. On the third day, we were told that is not allowed and we needed to move up next to the retaining wall near the steps. There was no signage at the Redfish beach entrance that stated this. I’m not sure if it was a private beach rule for Redfish or a general rule for Blue Mountain beach, but I feel that information should also be shared in the preliminary packet left within the unit or on the Redfish website. Again, I understand the companies setting up for umbrella rentals should be able to have designated spots and maybe to only allow them on the front row, but to make me set up my personal tent so far back seemed a bit extreme. The last few days, we just set up on the public beach, but it seemed very unfair since we paid for a stay at the Redfish.

Redfish
The home was beautiful, fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. I have owned two Florida beach homes and was really pleased with the home. The home has two doors to enter. The first door code is to the hallway leading to the home.This was not clearly noted in the check in instructions. It took me, a Redfish owner and help from the local Vacasa on site contact 45 minutes to figure this out. The Vacasa 1-800 folks did not know about the two doors, the local contact Heather fixed the issue ASAP when we reached out to her. Heather was wonderful!! I will be renting again next Thanksgiving for sure.

Redfish Village - Great Location
We enjoyed our stay in M2-413. Very spacious, clean condo with a private breezeway for all the beach necessities. Beds were very comfortable and loved the third bedroom with bunk beds plus a roll away. Convenient location and very close to the beach. Will definitely stay at Redfish Village again!

Wonderful stay!
Our family spent a week here for Fall Break. We arrived to an amazing location, clean and beautiful home, easy to get around and not a far walk to the beach. Our stay was smooth, relaxing and we had the best time. We will be staying here again in the future.
