Redfish Village is located on Scenic Highway 30A in the community of Blue Mountain Beach. With direct access to a private beach, Redfish Lake, and the popular shops and restaurants of Blue Mountain Beach, Redfish Village is the ideal location for your 30A Retreat!

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.

Parking:
• Parking for 2 Vehicles- Open Parking Lot
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• No Pets- No Exceptions
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
