You will adore this Near West End jewel as your home-away-from-home. Relaxing and enjoying the morning sunshine with your coffee and evenings spent with friends & family, in a lushly planted patio experience.
Don't forget the spacious open concept living with a beautiful new kitchen designed to create drinks & meals as well as great memories.
The hotel style marble bathroom will make getting ready for a night on the town a real pleasure.
The home easily accommodates 6 for indoor/outdoor dining, sleeping and living.
Once you do go out, you will find everything you need just steps outside the gate.
The Boatslip, Mussel Beach Gym, The General Store and much more.
Bay Beach access and water sport rentals are right across the street at Flyer's.

Important Notice: When making your decision on a vacation home, please note that many rental owners charge for various fees, cleaning charges, damage insurance etc.
We have NO additional fees. The vacation travel website you use has a service fee and Massachusetts does levy an occupancy tax.
A few highlights of the home's exterior are: One car off-street parking, exclusive use gated yard, 1st floor walkout (no steps), large patio, pergola and tropically planted gardens, plenty of bike parking, Weber propane gas BBQ grill.
Some features of the interior are:1006 sq. ft., sleeps 6, a King size bedroom, a Queen size bedroom and a full-size bedroom, a granite double vanity, marble bathroom, air conditioning and central heat, new kitchen (fully equipped). The leather living room and the indoor & outdoor dining areas, each comfortably seat 6 people.
Extras: Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.

No pets are allowed. There is no smoking in the home or within the fenced yard. Please smoke anywhere outside the fenced yard.
Check in time is after 3 PM and check out time is before 10 AM. No car should be parked in the space before 3 PM or after 10 AM.

It truly is the best patio in Ptown! We spent many hours sitting in the garden and enjoying the passing scenery that is Commercial Street! The unit is spacious and very well maintained and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The condo was very clean and well-lit. The large open kitchen was well-equipped and came with a six-seater dining table. Great for cooking and entertaining. The nearby living room with two sofas and the outdoor space/patio accommodate plenty of people for a gathering. Ample parking space comes with the condo. A real perk! Bedrooms were perfect, with queen and king beds with linens and a linen closet with lots of towels. Bathroom is large and has two sinks. Centrally located.

The house is the perfect location and the garden is the next in town. House was awesome for a long weekend escape with some friends. Would definitely come back again!

Fabulous location and hosts

This is the perfect location…close to all the action but quiet and secluded. And Chuck and Larry are warm and communicative hosts! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! The location on Commercial is great—enough traffic for some good people watching, but not too much where you feel like you’re in a fishbowl. The house was clean, well-stocked and comfortable during our stay. We absolutely loved the patio!

Lovely place - comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. Patio was outstanding - we spent a lot of time sitting out there. Location is perfect. Easy walking to everywhere. Hosts made everything easy.

A great location and a really great house. The highlight is the beautiful garden patio where we spent our mornings with coffee and our afternoons with rose’. We had a few questions and the owners got back to us immediately. Overall a wonderful home and a terrific stay!

Loved it!

We loved staying here for Spooky Bear weekend. The location right on Commercial Street is amazing and the garden really is so lovely that many people stopped to comment on it. Also the beds were very comfy! I would absolutely rent this place again.

Excellent property and wonderful hosts!!! We delayed our arrival by one day due to bad weather ; Larry and Chuck offered us an additional day at the end of our stay. Very thoughtful! The apartment was very clean, quiet and very well equipped with everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back!

Location is great!

This large 3 bedroom home is in a great location. The distance from the center of town was perfect for walks to restaurants, galleries and shops. I've walked by the beautiful patio garden many times in the summer and it's just as beautiful in the fall.

Excellent Space

I was overall very impressed with this space and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, well put together, and nothing can beat that garden space. We ate almost every meal out there. It was perfect for our stay.

This property is great! Close to the action but quiet and private. The house is beautifully appointed and has everything you need for a great stay! Highly reccommend.
