The house worked perfectly for us. The location was ideally located for all the things we wanted to do, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well located, near the beach and next to the gym. There are three good sized rooms, accessible through one side door. The host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again!

Excellent location across from Musel Beach gym. We loved the board games, lush towels and snacks. The knives were sharp! The garden was gorgeous. Highly Recommend!

The house worked perfectly for us - great layout, clean, roomy, comfortable. The location is ideal - close to town, close to water, close to causeway, close to gym - it was the center to everywhere we like to go.

This house was very comfortable and clean, quirky yet functional! Tom as a great and proactive host, and created a VERY helpful guide with all the information we needed for our stay! It's location is wonderfully central to all things PTown has to offer, and the neighbors were lively but not disruptive. Would recommend this property for your stay!

Amazing stay during a holiday weekend!

Tom’s property was the perfect price and location. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to everywhere you wanted to be and was quiet especially at night. The house fitted both my friends needs and was very comfortable. Tom was truly super communicative and helpful anytime I needed to reach him especially when it came to check in/out which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Home in P-Town

We felt right at home the second we walked in and saw this excellent property. It was more than ready for us up arrival and set the tone for a great trip. The Location and the unit were top notch. Our hosts had it set up with items you’d not think of but always need. I’d definitely stay at 17 Conant again. Conant

Great accommodations in a perfect location

Tom's place was absolutely lovely! Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for lounging and relaxing, inside and out. I love the rocking chair in the living room. Super cute and comfy. The little library has a nice selection of books and games to help keep you entertained on a rainy day or just a quiet night in. The location is great. Right on the edge of the central business district. So it's a short walk to all the action, but nice and quiet when it's time to turn in for the night. I'll definitely be staying here again and will recommend to all of my friends. Thank you Tom for this sweet spot and for being a pleasure to work with!

Amazing home, PERFECT location, and extremely knowledgeable/responsive host

It was great to stay at Lokahi House (thanks for having us!) the location was perfect. It’s an easy walk to pretty much everything the town has to offer; boatslip is just round the corner, and the breakfast place (Pop & Dutch) and Liz’s are just a stone throw away! It was extremely convenient to be very close to the action but able to disconnect in a quiet, beautiful home (loved the outdoor sitting area). The layout of the unit is perfect for families/groups. Both bedrooms offer a a good amount of privacy. The library had a great selection of books and board games so there’s always something to do even on a rainy day. The host, Tom was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Extremely prompt responses and great suggestions on restaurants and places to check out (thanks so much for the “be sure to make a reservation tip”)! Overall it was a fabulous time! We definitely will be back.

Small and cute 2 br West End rental

The rental is a clean and well decorated 2 bedroom on the first floor with two small living room spaces. Can comfortably sleep 4. Upsides: The location is terrific on the West End of Ptown and around the corner from a great bike shop. It's very quiet at night, and the hosts are *super* responsive and considerate -- they responded immediately when there were any issues and really went above and beyond to help. There's an outdoor area with some pretty flowers that's shared with the cottage next door along with a grill. The interior is well decorated and the AC and fans kept everything cool on hot days. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is pretty big, and the beds in both the master bedroom and guest bedroom are super comfortable. It's laid out in a way where you can work in one of the living rooms without getting disturbed by people hanging out in the other one. Downsides: The kitchen is small, and you'll have a hard time fitting more than four people around the small dining table -- probably not a great choice if you plan to cook most of the time you're there. The two living rooms are comfortable but also small.

Our stay at this Provincetown gem was absolutely perfect for the Fourth of July celebration! The property's cleanliness was impeccable - every surface sparkled, and the fresh linens made us feel right at home. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for their guests. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The detailed instructions provided in advance made arrival smooth, and the keyless entry system was convenient. Departing was equally effortless, allowing us to enjoy every last minute of our vacation. The online listing was spot-on, accurately representing the property's charm and amenities. If anything, the home exceeded our expectations - it was even more spacious and well-appointed than the photos suggested. Communication with the property manager was stellar. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their local recommendations truly enhanced our Provincetown experience. The location couldn't have been better - just steps from Commercial Street's vibrant energy, yet tucked away enough to provide peace when needed. The neighborhood exuded classic Cape Cod charm, with friendly neighbors and easy access to beaches and attractions. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable Provincetown getaway. It's the perfect home base for experiencing all this magical town has to offer.

The location of this property in the West End is terrific. It's close to shopping, mussel beach gym, bike rentals, tea dance, etc. The layout of the property is almost like two mini apartments which worked great for my friend and I to share. There was a basket of snacks and a bottle of Rosè when we arrived which was a great touch. There were only two down sides: (1) the pillows in the bedrooms were very flat and made it difficult to get a good night sleep and (2) while not the fault of the property owner, there was construction on a home 2 doors down that was quite noisy early in the mornings. Overall we had a terrific stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in PTown.
