We had a wonderful trip, 6 adult siblings with partners. Spacious, cozy, convenient to many things. Definitely would rent again.

We had a great stay at Wingmans cabin. Check in was easy, and our cabin was ready for us on time. Our host sent us an email prior to arrival with a list of what the cabin supplies included and some ideas of things we may want to bring. Our kids really enjoyed the game room, little play tent, the toys, and books that were there to play with. We were able to utilize the pool on our stay. Bring bug spray! The bugs are pretty bad around the pool area. Keep an eye out for bears, always lock your cars and enjoy!

The property is lovely. We saw a lot of bears, so many that we lost count. My only complaint was that the pool wasn’t open and I wasn’t notified. Other than that it was wonderful.

Booked thinking that my elderly parents would be able to enter via the ramp. I’m surprised that it meets any code because it’s way too steep. We ended upHaving to help them get up via the stairs. We also mistakenly thought the could stay in the bedroom on the main floor. As it turned out that bed was very high off the floor and they couldn’t get themselves in and out without help so that was a no go because off frequently bathroom trips (because they are older). So we had to get them up the stairs to sleep in the one bedroom with a normal height bed that a handicapped person could get in and out of safely. There was a bench at the kitchen table that was broken and sent a pic to the owner who explained that she knew. Later the next day we realized the ice maker wasn’t working. Messaged the owner to see if we were missing something as to how to turn it on. The owner called and said “ I don’t know what’s happening up there at that cabin. Everything was working fine.” The tone was almost accusatory. The owners should seriously consider moving the high bed on the main floor up stairs and put the lower bed downstairs.

Everything was amazing. Communication was simple and accommodating. Amazing home for the price. I have paid more and gotten less!! Will be staying again!!!

Arrived and the house was clean. Ample space for six adults. Pull out couch mattress was thin though. Convenient to welcome center Trolley stop and neighborhood pool. Would recommend to others.

Autumn Stay at Swagman Inn

Sabrina was excellent about communication and made everything so easy! The property was modern and well-equipped, from a fully-stocked kitchen to extra blankets for cozying up to watch a movie, it has everything you need. My family of four adults really enjoyed our stay and each of us would definitely stay here again!

Great and Private Cabin

Loved our stay!!! Three families while abundance of room. Loved eating meals on deck. Saw one bear up close. Gated community which gave us lots of privacy☺️ Very clean!!!! This was our second visit. Will be back! 👍

Repeat Get Away

Went to this cabin again for the 3rd year. We love that it’s off the spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It’s at the top of a mountain in a gated community. It’s absolutely wonderful to get out and walk and it does have bears around. Very comfortable and spacious.

Location and neighborhood are 10/10!! Quiet gated community made us feel safe. The pool was a highlight. Host was very responsive and nice. Lots of room for the dogs to run on the grass outside. House is really nice size and beds were comfy. House ac worked well. Some feedback- windows were really dusty and had spider webs. Lots of pots but very few forks/spoons and only 1 pan.
