This 4 bedroom 4 bath house is one of the nicest places on the island. It sleeps 8 has king size bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in second bedroom the other 2 each have 2 twin beds. Has fully stocked kitchen with ice and water on fridge door. There are both coffee makers kuerig and regular pot bring your own coffee. Gas grill on porch that overlooks your boat dock. Living room with large sectional. The house has WIFI. Dock is no extra charge with water for rinsing boat off.

Great Property!

Kenny is an excellent host who was an available to answer all our questions and assist with anything we needed. The house was as advertised. The location was great and all needed amenities were at our disposal. We will definitely keep Kenny in mind for our yearly trip!

What a gem!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The house was incredibly clean and decorated to feel like a cozy home. We felt very comfortable! Air conditioner in the master was fantastic so we didn’t have to have it cold in the rest of the house. I had my coffee on the rockers every morning enjoying the wonderful view! Kenny was fantastic with fast communication. It was the smoothest process we ever experienced. We will be back!!

Perfect location and amenities

Both Kenny and Pauline, owners, were great to deal with. They provided us a wealth of local information to make our stay more enjoyable. The property was well appointed and maintained. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we made most of our meals to maximize our fishing and scuba diving activities. We will definitely return.

Perfect spot on south Bimini

We could not have been happier with this house. Kenny was super accommodating and helpful. The house is perfect in both layout and decor. And the location is amazing. Being able to dock the boat right out the front door was awesome. We’ve already booked here for next year’s trip.

Nice Home with Dock

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kenny’s home. It was spacious and comfortable. Having dock access to keep our boat was a huge plus. It was nice not having to worry about drinking water as there is a RO system. We lost power one evening, and Kenny was quick to get the generator going, and was always responsive if we had questions or needed anything. We definitely would stay here again.

Excellent place with nice dockage!

This is the perfect spot for a group of friends and family. There is additional rooms for larger groups and the furnishings and appliances are very well taken care of. Kenny has a very nice rental and is very responsive if you have any issues during your stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!!

Amazing house, exceeded expectations!

Beautiful get away on South Bimini. traveled by boat from South Florida and couldn't have been more happy with the Island Time house. Extremely nice and clean inside. Great boat slip right out front. Kenny was very attentive for anything we needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect retreat!!!

Our stay was perfect! We had two couples with plenty of room. Dockage for the boat was great and the kitchen had everything needed to cook nightly meals! Thank You Ken and Pauline hope to see you next year!!

Best of Port Royal

A great house run by a great owner who lives nearby and is available to handle any question. Excellent dockage with water and 30 and 50 amp power and a fish cleaning station. House was spotless. I've stayed other places in Port Royal and was not impressed. I have already booked this house for next year.

Best kept secret in Bimini

The property was exactly as described, everything is very clean, very well maintained, and was a perfect fit for our family. Ken was a fantastic host. I Would highly recommend staying at this property if you are looking in Bimini.

Awesome trip!

We had everything we needed to cook meals at the house. We also had plenty of sleeping room for the 2 families. The house was more than we expected compared to other places we have stayed in bimini. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Host & Hospitality

Kenny was an amazing host and his property is top notch(Wish we could have met Pauline, she was away on a trip)! As soon as we arrived he was there to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our changing schedule. We would stay here again and again! Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip!

Perfect south Bimini house

The property owner, Ken, was very accommodating!! Everyone in our group, loved the house, it had everything we needed! So beautifully decorated!! Comfy beds, nice linens..We came over on a small boat and we managed getting on and off the dock, but for us older ones, a ladder would hv been nice.. we hope to go back one day soon!!!

Peace and Tranquility

My husband and two daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kenny and Pauline's beautiful home! The house accommodated 4 adults with comfort and plenty of space. The house was super clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well stocked with everything you could possible need. The A/C was extremely efficient and beds were so very comfortable. Kenny and Pauline are kind-hearted people- just a phone call away, for anything you might need. The most beautiful beach is a path away, as is the bay, with a lovely sandbar. The island is safe and neighborly. We would highly recommend renting this home!

Great Stay

Long 4th of July weekend!

We have visited Bimini and the outer islands of the Bahamas often for the last 25 years and this is the nicest property we have ever stayed in. It is conveniently located in South Bimini with its own dock. The home is very well appointed with everything you may need. Kenneth is very accommodating and assessable. We will definitely come back. Our family had the greatest time!!

Great Place

Great place and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was always available if needed or to offer advice about the area. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.
