Welcome to your home away from home while visiting Redding, Ca! This fully furnished house has everything you need to enjoy yourselves. Pricing includes the 12% City of Redding Occupancy Room Tax. Close to Bethel, shops, and recreation. Very quiet neighborhood. Features very large 20ft x 35 ft pool with 20ft x 10ft Gazebo Area for shade near the barbecue and deck area. Five person Spa for the chillier evenings! This house really is the complete package!

In addition to the everyday kitchen wares, we also have a Keurig for your coffee breaks.

Very spacious/ open floor plan. It's a great space with a lot of different areas to relax in or work while others may be watching TV or talking in the kitchen. Two Gazebo's for shade in the backyard pool area. Shaded Hammock area for relaxing. Barbeque and outdoor furniture including ice chest.

We have put so much love and life into this home! We sincerely hope you will love it as much as we do. We want our guests to have a wonderful experience here at the Shasta View Home!

Great Relaxing place, the title of the property says it all!

This was the best vacation we have ever had. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, pool and shaded hammock. We had a great time! would luv to visit again!

Fun in Redding

This is a great property with four well appointed bedrooms, three baths and large common rooms. The backyard is private with large pool and spa. We barbecued one night and cooked in all weekend. Loved the kitchen with all the staple supplies we needed.

Relaxing in Redding

We arrived at this wonderful spot in the northern part of Redding. The house was easy to enter and very clean and welcoming. With it being a hot summer in Redding the pool was very nice and relaxing. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

Amazing getaway in Redding

We loved the house. It was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and responsive host. We came on winter so were only able to enjoy the Hot Tub but hope to return during the summer to swim in the pool. Great take off spot for day trips to Shasta Caverns, Burney Falls and many other places. Highly recommend you book this fantastic home.

A relaxing stay with great amenities

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The large yard and the nice pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, its location right next to the baseball field made it ideal for our weekend of baseball. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we experienced no challenges during our stay. Comfortable Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The home was clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. The host was very responsive to questions and messages before and during the stay. Would recommend!

2 year old birthday, had to leave early, lovely place. Will book again for the next trip to see my grandbaby. Could use a heater in the pool though.

Amazing Home!!

A couple close friends decided to get out of town for a few days and this house was simply perfect!! We all said that we can’t wait to come back again!! Kathy and her property team were very friendly and communicative. Absolutely 5 stars!

Perfect stay this home was very relaxing the only thing is owner should add what days pool and lawn guy show On property listing so it’s not a surprise once we get there and check in

So sorry for the misunderstanding. The schedule for the pool and lawn service are listed in the Welcome Book that explains FAQ's and offers suggestions which is pointed out at check-in and left on the kitchen table. Perhaps I should put this on the listing. Thanks for your suggestion.

Beautiful home near college

Gorgeous, private backyard with forest like setting and huge swimming pool. Comfy beds and our kids appreciated the Jack and Jill bathroom that connects two rooms. The remolded third bathroom is a nice touch. Already looking forward to a return next summer.

Exactly as Described!

We had 6 adults and we loved the feeling this home evoked, think calm,, relaxing, & lots of giggles. The home was well stocked and had everything we desired, including a family and living room and essentially a room outdoors.

Wonderful amenities, very clean and fun!

This was a beautiful property often the pictures are very staged and do not represent the property, but everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Location was perfect, close to amenities but not in the middle of a busy area. The house was very clean, Beds were comfortable, loved the ceiling fans in summer. The outside living space was so welcoming, we made the best memories here and have all decided to come back next summer.
