Enjoy lazy days enjoying the views, fishing, bird watching hot tubs and a swim in the pool. Great floor plan for family gatherings and weekend retreats.Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta are just minutes from the house. Master suite w/new marble bath. Three additional bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 4th with 2 queen beds. Hall bathroom w/shower over tub and just been remodeled. New T.V and cable installed in master as well as Living room. Wifi internet available. Large, comfortable house with plenty of room for 8 people. One kid loved the piano, another the chess board and hot tub, the other spend hours fishing (didn’t catch anything). Lovely setting with a beautiful view of the river. Pool was clean and well-maintained. Kitchen well-stocked and lots of linens available. Nice spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Communication was good, but it would be helpful if they had an updated booklet for guests with step-by-step instructions (and photos) for some of the features like the hot tub and thermostat. We never did find the outdoor light by the pool! Overall a very pleasant, relaxing stay for a large family.

Peaceful Weekend Away

Our family enjoyed the home away from homeFor a family members wedding. The pool was wonderful for our family and the house provided plenty of seating chairs and pool toys. The view of the river was wonderful and the house was cozy and stocked well.

Peaceful and relaxing

We had a wedding in town. Took some great pictures on the back patios. Did a little fishing, caught my first rainbow trout. And spent a lot of family time in the pool. We will definitely be back.

Delightful getaway with our kids and grand kids

This was the ideal setting and location for a get together with our grand kids from Santa Cruz and grand kids from Redding. We loved this well cared for home. Very welcoming! It was spacious, very clean and just perfect for us. The views of the Sacramento river were mesmerizing. The kids and adults loved the swimming pool. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Molly!

Great Stay!!!!

The property was easy the find, clean and roomy and very well stocked. The river access for fishing was amazing…. We caught several fish (through them back) and the pool was a hit with everyone!!!

River house

Beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Sitting by the river in the morning with coffee was so relaxing. We have recommended this place to friends and family.

Great location and relaxing atmosphere

This is a perfect rental for a family. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The pool is perfect for the warm weather and the spot on the river is beautiful. The owner is very attentive when we had a question she got back to us immediately. I highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful House

Molly is a fantastic host and is very responsive. We have stayed at Molly's house two times, and will be doing so in the future when we come back up on our fishing trips.

Stayed cool in the summer heat

Great location with a shady yard and river on one side and pool on the other side. The pool was warm and shady in the afternoon, perfect for swimming.

Sacramento river stay

This property is great and well equipped, just as advertised! The pool is a really valuable addition to the house, and kept the kids thoroughly entertained and active on hot afternoons! The backyard with an amazing river view was very popular with the entire family as well!

Wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful home

This home was exactly what we were looking for our large family. It's riverside setting kept us cool, even when it was over 100 degrees outside. The lay-out was perfect, with it's large, open living area and patio facing the Sacramento River. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-apportioned, and the pool was clean and refreshing. We would definitely return!

Absolutely perfect!

We were with family in town for our daughters wedding. This was the most amazing house for us to stay. We were comfortable and able to visit by the river while dining outside! The hot tub was an real luxury after working hard to set up the wedding venue. Thanks for the memories!

Comfortable, Spacious Home on the River

The home was clean and is spacious and well-designed. There are several separate "hang out" areas both inside and outside. In the back on the river, there is the barbecue patio directly off the dining room with a table. Below near the river, there is another dining patio (where we ate most our meals) and an adjacent fire pit across the path. Not to mention the hot tub deck and area directly on the river. If someone wanted to be alone, there were several choices and many places to gather for meals, etc.

Absolutely a wonderful vacation. This is great home to relax and enjoy the view or go have fun.

Really enjoyed are vacation. This is a very homey home, and everything you need is at your fingertips. Full kitchen supplies , bbq, washer and dryer. The view to just wonderful . The Sacramento river is beautiful to sit and watch from the patio. My grandchildren just loved the pool, and jacuzzi, as did I. We went to Shasta lake for the day , it was fantastic. This is a keeper and we will be back. It was my husband and myself anniversary and we had a great time.
