Single family home that sleeps up to 8 people in the heart of Lavallette. 4 Beach badges provided. Washer & Dryer on property. Patio dining area with propane grill and fenced in yard. Cable television and WIFI provided. Central AC, arrival day Saturday, coffee maker, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, microwave, outdoor shower, two parking spots, pets ok for an extra fee, pillows, pots and pans, toaster and TVs. No linens provided except hand towels and quilts for each bed. Must bring your own sheets, bath and beach towels.

Perfect spot for a mother daughter beach weekend. Property is cute and very clean with a beautiful outdoor space. Great location to access the beach and restaurants. Good communication from host and very responsive with any questions.

Great Location!

The stay was very nice and pretty spacious. Hostess was communicating and kind as well. Boardwalk isn’t too far and good parking spots. Thank you!

Excellent Experience

The house was perfect: clean, updated, cozy, comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to the beach and to stores, but quiet and peaceful. Owner Michele was very accommodating and responsive. I’ll definitely rent this one again!

Comfy home close to the beach

This home was perfect for our family of 4. We had beds to spare. The space was very clean and comfortable. Michele is a great host. We had great communication with her. This home is just a short walk to the beach and beach passes are provided. We hope to come back next year!

The house was nice and located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty to do within walking distance. The property is shared with a second, smaller home in the back, although each house has its own designated yard area.There are a few things guests should be aware of..The second bathroom is located in the basement, which has very low clearance, under five feet in some areas, so you need to duck while walking to it. The indoor dining area is in the sunroom, but one of the windows was broken, so the room too hot to use on warmer days. As a result, we didnt have a good place to sit together and eat at a table indoors.The listing describes the house as having four bedrooms, but it is more accurately two bedrooms plus an open loft. The loft contains three beds divided between two areas, but there are no doors, so there is limited privacy.Despite these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Lavallette

Thank you for your response. I apologize about the window but it was unsafe to leave it the way it was and unfortunately it takes time for the new window to come in. There is an indoor dining area but only for two people and yes for more people the other dining area is in the sunroom. There is a ceiling fan in the sunroom that would have assisted if it was too warm. I could have also covered the window if you would have requested it because I was unaware it was warm for you. In my description on VRBO it should say there is a loft in the upstairs and I will update if it doesn't say that. Thank you for your stay.

We didn’t have a fridge first two days, we called to fix it, and it was fixed but we barely had one. I hit my head a couple times in the ceiling I didn’t know the basement was going to be that low. And there wasn’t towels to begin with. Owner’s really nice but we just needed some basic necessities. Also the neighbors lied about us having people in our backyard even though it was pouring and we couldn’t even have people in the backyard if we wanted too. Made no sense. Walls were thin and I could hear my friend snoring in the other room.

Was listed as 4 bedrooms only 3 otherwise house was great. Great location close to beach and shops.

Shore week

The house is cute and in a great location. The rooms are a bit small if you have 8 adults, but would work well for a family with children. The porch is nice, but the table is too big for the space. Overall we had a great experience.
