The large picture window in the living room will allow you to enjoy the outdoor space and view of the vineyards. Access to the covered terrace is through the French window in the kitchen, and gives access to the utility room and the private swimming pool.
A closed garage (30m2) with direct access to the swimming pool is at your disposal
Upstairs two bedrooms (double bed in 160 and two bunk beds in 90), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
Outside you will enjoy the swimming pool (5X3m) secured with access by gate as well as the pool house, a bbq, and spaces to park
All rooms are air conditioned, a large screen tv is available in the living room.
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and bolster) is provided, as well as bathroom linen, tea towels, towels.
Beach towels are not provided.
