Fantastic place! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Spotless clean, comfortable, easy parking for boat, and close to the ramp and a few local restaurants

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was beautiful and clean. Anything that we needed, the property manager texted us right back and took care of everything that they could. It was nice and peaceful. The only drawback was that I thought we were going to have a river view, but you have to walk to the river. However, that did not affect our stay. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable!

the size of the beds are not true to the number of guest because they are all full size beds not queens, there was one king bed

Cute little duplex near lots of amenities. Loved the fire pit and the extras that were supplied (toilet paper, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, towels, coffee, etc etc). Only thing missing, which isn’t a criticism, was that there is no toaster which we missed having at breakfast time. It was comfy and we felt safe. We would definitely stay there again!

close to both campus and the lakebeds were comfy, nice quiet night's sleepcould use a good cleaning thoughphotos show pond but that is someone else's propertyyou don't have whole house, it is a multi family home

Great Location - on the river and short drive to the lake!

This is a family friendly duplex located on the Licking River and just a short distance from Cave Run Lake and the famous Pop's restaurant. We were in town for a baseball tournament and highly recommend it. We had 2 adults and 3 children in the house and were more than comfortable.

College Student Visitfi

We had an excellent stay! We loved Pop's BBQ & Elliott's Pizza which was about 1/2 mile away. The family loved our stay and there was plenty of room to spread out, plenty of outside space and a wonderful private gas fire table in the back which is fenced in. Coming back next year during graduation weekend. Thank you Host!

Great!! Exactly what we wanted

Felt like a vacation close to the lake right up the road from our family we had a great time . We are moving to Morhead next year otherwise we would stay again . Everything was wonderful our family enjoyed the last night with us with a cook out and volley ball we had a blast !! Thanks so much

River retreat

It is a great property close to a nice area for fishing and the lake. Needs some more supplies for the guests. For example, it sleeps 7 but only had 4 plates and forks. It also stated it had 3 bathrooms but there were only two.

Not on a river or lake.

We were really excited to be near water. The river is on a neighbor’s property, who has two large dogs that chased my dogs. The house is nice though, and the owner as really sweet.

Hi Lindsay, I’m sorry about the misunderstanding. There is a shared lot for neighborhood access to the water. There should have been a map on the refrigerator. The neighbor to the right of the empty lot does have 2 dogs. I’ll try to make it clearer to future guests. Thanks for the feedback! Tina

Wonder people. Wonderful place

I just want to thank the owners for there compassion. My mom had an accident on our boat we rented which lead to a surgery and the owners were generous enough to to give us a night free. That meant so.much to us and really tells us what kindness is. The place was so clean and nice. Perfect!!! Thank u again. I give it the highest ratings!!!

Weekend getaway

The duplex was very nice and beautiful. The river was just a short walk from the house. We did have a wonderful time. Negatives: No games upstairs as listed in listing. Whirlpool bath doesn't work as listed. No kitchen towels or dishcloths to wash dishes. No extra blankets or throw blankets in livingroom. Only one firepit outside so you must share with the other apartment in the duplex. It wouldn't take much to dig another firepit for

Great location> super comfy home

We had a great time! 4 adults. Plenty of room to spread out or be together. Good size driveway for the boat. The neighbors dogs are totally adorable & just want to come hang out on the porch. The neighborhood duck is funny running around & hiding in the bushes. The private back patio is nice too. Other ppl have noted the “noisy neighbors” & atv’s. We saw the atv’s out front but no one was ever on them & when we did see the neighbors they were just doing typical things so Im not sure what’s up with those complaints in other reviews. We will 100% stay here again. The proximity to the lake seals the deal on that! Don’t miss out on booking this location.

Cave Run Lake

We spent 3 days on the lake. Property was very nice. Location was great. We brought our boat and had plenty of parking. Inside was spacious and clean. Will definitely be back.
