☀️ PRIVATE POOL & POOL HEATING

The private pool is equipped with solar heating panels located on the roof. Solar pool heating operates year-round and is included with your stay at no additional charge.

Please note that solar heating depends on sunshine and weather conditions, so a specific pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

From November through March, optional electric pool heating is available for an additional $20 per day. This can be added to provide extra heating during Florida’s cooler winter months.

This self-catering home is fully equipped for everyday living. The pool area is fully screened for your protection and privacy, and the pool is solar-heated.
This beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated property offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful and tranquil setting.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large closet. The ensuite has a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The second and third bedroom has a queen size bed and all new furniture with a large closet. The fourth bedroom has two single beds with a large closet as well.

This home comes fully equipped with lots of extra dishes and cutlery, 'real glass' wine glasses, all linens, a washer and dryer, high-speed internet (wi-fi), and Roku TV in each room.
