A beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home situated in an extremely quiet neighborhood in NW Bradenton. No parties/events. All music and conversations must be kept very low. This ideal location is minutes away from IMG and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The world famous Siesta key beach is just a short, beautiful gulf drive away. Less than one mile from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to Pirate city and spring training baseball at Lecom park (formerly McKechnie field) which is only five miles away. If you enjoy hiking and observing nature then this is the place for you. Just 2 miles from Robinson Preserve where you can hike miles of trails or Kayak through the mangroves.

This newly furnished house comes complete with WIFI and cable TV. There is a 65" 4K TV in the family room and a 4K TV in each bedroom. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in two of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: Pots and pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and more. Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine by the pool in the full privacy fenced in back yard. The saltwater pool is newly installed and heated. All beach gear (towels, beach umbrella, coolers, beach chairs) is also included for hours of fun on Florida's beautiful tropical beaches! This home has everything you need so just bring your suitcase and swim suit! If you ever find there is something you need, please let us know. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am but we are as flexible as possible.

Family trip

We took our youngest son and family to a trip to Bradenton. We had a great time at the house. The kids were always in the pool. The house was well equipped.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine retreat

Our family really enjoyed space to spread out in the house and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to use the beach chairs provided and cooler at the beach. All the trees in the back yard and pool created a very scenic and relaxing space.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and it definitely will not be our last. I cannot say enough good things about the property or the hosts. Chris was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. The house itself is very clean and well stocked. Our family loved swimming in the beautiful pool. We also loved the location - close to stores and restaurants. It also was just a short drive when we wanted to go to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this property. It was super clean and well equipped, the pool was just amazing. The house was well stocked with all the essentials - from toilet paper to sunscreen and any beach gear you might need. Communication with Chris was excellent before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great Place!

Myself and 3 of my golfing buddies enjoyed a great stay at this home! Extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the pool after a day on the links. Chris also provided great communication before and during our stay.

Perfect House for a Lax Tournament

We came for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton and this was perfect! We had instacart delivered when we arrived and cooked the first night. Close to Anna Maria Island for dinners out. It had chairs for the tournament and for the beach! Quiet neighborhood so our girls were able to go to sleep early. We had a great stay!

Awesome Stay in All Ways

Our stay in Bradenton was a truly great experience. Chris was over the top quick to welcome us and answer any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. The pool is terrific and the proximity to beaches and things to do was very convenient. If I come back to the area I will not hesitate to stay at this home. Thank you Chris!

Great Home & Location

Our stay was short but definitely great. We where there for my daughter's Track & Field State Championships at IMG Academy and the location of this home was ideal. It made for a short ride to and from which was great. The home was very clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect, clean and heated as well. We would definitely stay again.

The home was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, plus more, provided. There were beach chairs and a beach cart that we could use for going to the ocean. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in the quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, which was fenced in and private. We felt like we were in our own little paradise! Thank you for a great week!

Bradenton getaway

First time in Bradenton. We’re coming back. Have rented numerous times with VRBO and this rental was easily the best. As advertised. Chris was the consummate host and provided immediate attention to any of our concerns (there were very few). First home that we have chosen to return to. Hopefully for numerous additional times. Wonderful stay. In particular we loved the private, south facing heated saltwater pool. Perfect winter getaway.

An amazing stay

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful, super clean, and well supplied! The pool was clean and nice! Beds were comfortable and we loved that there were beach chairs, a large cooler, rafts, an umbrella, and other beach items to use! This location is super close to shopping, dining, and gorgeous beaches. The owners communicated and checked in with us wonderfully. Not one complaint. We’ll definitely be staying here again when in Bradenton! Thanks for an amazing getaway from Pennsylvania!

Nice home, great location, wonderful pool!

Our family really enjoyed this home. They had beach toys, beach wagon, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. for us to use. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and the kids loved the pool! We wish there was an umbrella or canopy to use in backyard to escape full sunshine a couple afternoons while sitting pool side.

Everything was good, pool was heated. plenty of room for everyone. The lanai was a great additional space to hang out. TV's in all the rooms was a benefit for everyone. Had a small issue with heat but Chris was there in minutes to address it. Had a big dinning table to celebrate the holiday together. And the green and red party lights was a big hit and the small christmas tree was a nice touch.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. The house was clean and well kept. The pool was amazing for pur grandchildren. The air went off the first night we were there. However, after calling the owner, it was fixed withina half hour. She texted back later to make sure it was working and everything was okay. I would stay there again.

Beautiful home, great family vacation spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chris & Sherry's property. They met us there to show us around and make sure we knew how everything worked and answered any questions. The kitchen was stocked well with kitchen utensils and some extras such as coffee & tea. The heated pool was perfect for our family to enjoy! We felt secluded enough in the backyard with the high fence and enjoyed the privacy, but was a close enough drive to get to restaurants, Anna Maria Island, grocery stores, etc. very quickly. Thanks again for a great, accommodating stay!

Great property for families!

The location and house were perfect for our needs. My brother and his family and our family stayed here for our spring break. Our parents live in Cortez, so this location was perfect. We appreciated the extras (paper plates, laundry detergent, paper towels, beach essentials, beach towels, and much more) that the owner furnished. Traveling with a family is difficult, so that made it easier. The house was very clean and well cared for. Our kids loved the pool and we used the grill everyday. We would stay here again in the future.

Part 1 or 2 First & foremost I would like to say that the owners of this property are extremely nice & helpful and this review has nothing negative about them personally. They were so easy to work with! When I booked the property, I went off of the photos & reviews. The reviews were pretty much outstanding so, I took a chance & booked the house for a week for myself, husband, mother & two children. I knew the house was outdated but, it looked clean & to me, that was important. The house needs a ton of TLC. Everything works but, doesn’t work 100%. The house does appear to be clean but, the surface is clean. It really needs a major deep clean. The first day, my children were barefoot & their feet with fifty. We had to go buy slippers because the floors are not clean. They were not barefoot outside the grout or the tile is just dirty. The exhaust fan in the master bath is extremely dirty (as all the vents are - so you are breathing in dirt/dust). The master bed was very uncomfortable, you can actually feel the springs as you laid on it. From what I hear, the other beds were not comfortable, either. The bathroom sinks do not drain in the main bathroom.When you shower in the master bath, the toilet bubbles so, there is obviously a clog. I personally took very quick showers because I was worried there was going to be a back up. There is fungus of something growing on the widow in the bedroom with the twin beds. My plan was that the kids were going to sleep in there but, I did not want them breathing in whatever was growing so, we did not utilize this room & shut the door for the week. The water dispenser on the fridge runs so slow, we couldn’t possibly fill up a glass of water in less than 10 minutes so, you have to purchase bottled. There are alarms on every window, which makes me think this is a higher crime area, and that can be frightening. The dryer doesn’t dry in 60 minutes so, you’ll need to run it twice. We baked a frozen pizza & the oven took over 40 minutes to heat to 450. The blinds in the sitting room are broken, so, they do not close all the way for privacy. The garbage can is filthy with food & food containers stuck to the bottom. It stinks & there may be bugs in it. Not sure why this wasn’t hosed/bleached out. All the door handles/light switches were very dirty. I cleaned some of them myself. The pool is nice & we spent a lot time out there. There are a lot of dead bugs (and one dead lizard) in it but, you can easily
