A beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home situated in an extremely quiet neighborhood in NW Bradenton. No parties/events. All music and conversations must be kept very low. This ideal location is minutes away from IMG and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The world famous Siesta key beach is just a short, beautiful gulf drive away. Less than one mile from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to Pirate city and spring training baseball at Lecom park (formerly McKechnie field) which is only five miles away. If you enjoy hiking and observing nature then this is the place for you. Just 2 miles from Robinson Preserve where you can hike miles of trails or Kayak through the mangroves.

This newly furnished house comes complete with WIFI and cable TV. There is a 65" 4K TV in the family room and a 4K TV in each bedroom. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in two of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: Pots and pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and more. Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine by the pool in the full privacy fenced in back yard. The pool is heated. All beach gear (towels, beach umbrella, coolers, beach chairs) is also included for hours of fun on Florida's beautiful tropical beaches! This home has everything you need so just bring your suitcase and swim suit! If you ever find there is something you need, please let us know. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am but we are as flexible as possible.

Great host- we loved the pool and house was clean and had all of the essentials. It was great they provided beach towels since we flew there (less to pack). Also lots of beach items available- chairs, buckets, wagon, coolers etc

The house was as expected except the pool. The property is nice and private in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from AMI.The listing has it as a saltwater pool but upon confirming my suspicions with the pool guy the pool now has turned to chlorine pool because salt cellar is broken and the owner has decided not to fix it yet. We were very disappointed as we were looking to utilize it for the therapeutic benefits and so this was the tie breaker for all the 4 houses that were contenders when we booked. The house was nicely stocked with essentials in the kitchen such as dishes, appliances, spices and sugar, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, plenty of beach towels and gear. It was nice not to have to worry about overpacking for our stay. I really appreciated the use of the garage to pull my vehicle in. The owner was great at communication and this made it an easy process to check in and out. I will consider coming back when the pool is fixed. Thanks

We do our best to make sure the house has everything our guests need so they don’t have to bring or go buy anything extra. I apologize about the pool. There was a misunderstanding between me and the pool guy about the salt cell. I thought it was still functioning as it was on and the green light was also on. The listing has been updated to reflect the change.

The house was just like the listing photos. Very clean with lots of extras, like sunscreen and beach toys (even bags to carry it all in!), and a decently equipped kitchen. The pool was lovely, perfect for our family.

The house was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The heated pool was lovely and the back yard area was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again!

This place had everything you could ask for. Sunscreen, towels, chairs for the beach, you name it, it was there. Check in was easy. The pool was great! Quiet neighborhood.

Great getaway at Sunshine Retreat!

We returned to stay at this property for my husband’s birthday. The home is in a very quiet residential area and close to everything. It’s very clean and thoughtfully appointed with all of the amenities Chris is an excellent host. We highly recommend this property!

Great property and very equipped with everything you could think of ! Chris was very prompt on communication and helpful with everything that we required for the stay at their property. The yard is great for dogs and the pool was fun for the kids. They also have a little extra room that we hung out in with the cool light system. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was great!!Very good location close to Publix, Danny’s pizza, Walmart only a few miles away.They allowed pets so I was able to bring our small dog instead of boarding him. Back yard was fenced so we weren’t worried about dog or kids.Hoping to go back in a few months.The owner also texted us to make sure we were all set.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine retreat

Our family really enjoyed space to spread out in the house and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to use the beach chairs provided and cooler at the beach. All the trees in the back yard and pool created a very scenic and relaxing space.
