This house was so roomy. We are a family with 12 children so they each found their favorite place. My contact back and forth was great. Would definitely come back.

The house had an issue with power in the house and they got it fixed promptly.

Relax and refresh

The stay was great, there were some things that could have been managed better. The game room, some of the fixtures were not really stable. It's the first property that didn't come with a grill.

We have been coming to Florida for the past five years and always rent a house . Unfortunately this time our experience was less than great . After a long traveling day we arrived to the house ready to sleep . The house itself is a great size and has amazing potential however whoever is maintaining and cleaning the house is struggling. The beds were dirty sheets with stains and like crumbs and this was in majority of the beds 7/9 rooms . The game room was a disaster, the staird debris and were in need of a good cleaning , mirrors had smudges and hand prints . While we understand these houses are rented we have never stayed in one so poorly cleaned ! What should have been day one of vacation we spent majority of the day stripping all the beds and washing (which we had to go buy laundry supplies to clean what should have already been cleaned . The property management reached out we had about two beds left and they came to change the sheets . We are used to staying in houses with at least a broom available, but the broom was in the trash when we arrived . While we cleaned with what we could and made the best of our experience we would not book again . We paid neary 1800 and did not expect To arrive in such conditions or expected we would have to clean . We did provide pictures of everything to the property management . Just if I was the owner o would want my property properly maintained. Overall not a great experience.

Great House with not so great service

The house is beautiful and furnishing as advertised. The space was perfect for our large group. Allowed us all to come together for family activities as well as have personal space as needed. The house lacked a few basic supplies like an iron, can opener, crock pots.....however, there are enough plates, cups, glasses and forks to feed an army. Our trip started rough; apparently the previous guests trashed the house. We were not able to enter until well after 5 because the cleaners were still present. Once in we immediately notice the extra cleaning time was not nearly enough. The bathrooms were not clean, floors were dirty, candy wrappers were on the floors, and in sofa cushions, the game reeked of smoke and had food crumbs all over the pool table. Half if the beds didn't have lining and the crew stated they had to bring toilet tissue and towels back. The cleaning crew attempted to address our issues, by calling their supervisor and working in the house until well after 6 pm. During booking, the site indicated extra cleaning due to Covid-19. This was NOT our experience. We personally spent another 2 hours disinfecting high touch areas as it was apparent the house received minimal cleaning. We also experienced issues with the pool heat. We received conflicting information from the office and the responding technician. We have yet to get clarification if we will be reimbursed for the 2 days the heat was Not turned on. They claimed it wasn't heated because of the weather although the responding tech told and showed us it wasn't turned on. We did get service, albeit delayed for a broken toilet seat and burned out light bulbs.
