Perfect location with shops and everything within walking distance. Beach accesses all across the street. Great stay!

A very nice and clean apartment located not far from the bay—we had a wonderful time there. The courtyard is well-kept and clean, and the neighborhood is excellent—quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and we would like to thank Vadim for making our vacation so pleasant.

Great stay

Cute place within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and our host was great with communication and making sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent location

This property was exactly as advertised. I really enjoyed being so close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Quiet neighborhood that made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at this property numerous times and each time it gets EVEN BETTER AND BETTER! Vadim and his company are TOP NOTCH and until we retire and buy our own home in IRB, we will continue to choose to stay here. You won't regret it at all.

Beautiful suite everything you need is there, better than any hotel, door unlocked at check in time we didn't see any managment all 3 days. Hope to return next year

Sweet lil cottage

My fave spot was sitting in the outdoor area reading, having my wine. Beach is right across street. Good restaurants walking distance. Loved Guppy’s!

Adorable apartment steps from beach

The apartment was updated and very clean. Apartment was across the street from the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood. Only complaint was there were no available beach umbrellas, both that were in the closet were broken. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, we will bring our own umbrella next time. Parking was so convenient

Awesome rental

First, I want to give a shout out to the host. The host was always available for any questions we had. We could email or text and the response was quick. The property was in a great location with a patio area shaded with palm trees. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available too. I will be staying here again and would recommend this property to anyone.

The only thing that we didnt like were the stomping above us that woke us up at 6 in the morning

We thought by photos we had a small area in back for dog. Actually was a courtyard in front of complex. I was concerned with setup as there were two windows in front of apartment/condo & no other windows in unit. I told my husband if there was a fire there was no way out. The unit was clean but would not consider again.

Nice, clean place for a beach vacay

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for an easy few days at the beach. It was priced well for not being directly on the beach, but was a very quick/short walk there. We would stay there again, however not during the heat of the summer. The air conditioning was only in the bedroom area and could not reach through the entire condo, including the bathroom area. It was the perfect size and what we needed for our stay in March with just 2 of us when it was still cool there. Also, the washer & dryer are outside the unit, but very close by—I had luckily read that in other comments and was prepared to not wash much. The host was very responsive to any questions I had too. Thank you for a nice stay!

Unit D

Overall, the property is fine. Disappointed, though, that the laundry facilities were coin operated, especially since there were limited places to hang bathing suits & towels after a visit to the beach. We also could hear every step taken in the unit above us, which was somewhat annoying when we were trying to sleep. The kitchen was minimally supplied. But, it was clean and in an excellent location.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The place was very clean and comfortable for a stay at the beach. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants so you can walk to everything. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.
