We had a great stay at the rental house in Florida! Mike was very nice, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we really appreciated his kindness and responsiveness. Thank you, Mike, for your hospitality! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Property. Right near the beach with a walk down between a few other houses towards a local sandwich and ice cream shop. Host is very effective at communicating rules, parking, check-in/check-out. Clean property. Thank you Mr. Tate! Looking forward to returning!

Great location, responsive and friendly host and an easy check-in process! We came with our two kids and had a great time. Loved the nearby restaurants and beach access. We would stay again.

Absolutely loved this place host was very attentive. Place was spotless and very comfortable. The whole experience was seamless and relaxing was the only thing to do !!!!!

Loved this place. Never drove to the beach. Just walked down Beach Trail to Kooky Cononut, who makes the greatest Cuban Sandwich ( The Tampa Cuban) and take a left and it's only 30 yards from the beach!! Our cottage was clean, well kept, and well stocked!You have a big private yard to park in... Everything was great.. Will stay here again!

My husband and I celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary as well as our 9 year anniversary together! This was the perfect place to stay. We were only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the property provided chairs, umbrella, a wagon and more! It was also a skip and a hop away from “Kooky Coconut” which was the perfect place to grab a sweet treat and walk right onto the beach for sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to be. :)

Quiet, Comfortable and Cozy Beach House with a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Communication with the host was an easy and prompt.

Great Stay at Great Place!

Loved the location, close proximity to beach and (driving) accessible to BayCare ballpark which was our primary reason for the stay in the Clearwater area. Will definitely consider booking with y’all again! MAJOR PROPS to the owner and his staff for accommodating us when our original renter CANCELLED WITHOUT WARNING less than TWO WEEKS prior to our arrival in the area THX again!

Honeymoon

Our stay was amazing! Great location, very clean and perfect for two people. We sat out on the patio almost every night due to the perfect breeze and to watch the sunset if we didn’t want to due so on the beach. The only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror, just because there are two small mirrors in the bathroom and bedroom.

Memorial weekend

Cozy right near the beach perfect for my wife, daughter, and me for a quick weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach and host has good beach supplies available to use. Home was clean and host was responsive to all my questions and needs. Easy parking no hassle was a plus. Thank you!
