Everything is always perfect! Everytime we have stayed here is amazing! Communication is always good with the owners, cabin is always clean, and there is always bear sightings. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent property. Everything was as described and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The furnishings and decorations were perfect for a cabin in the mountains. Plenty of room for us and all the bears we saw! Easy to get down to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Perfect vacation for our family. Thank you!

We loved the property. Vivian was excellent to work with throughout the process. My children loved the location and were able to see several bears which was the highlight of their trip.

Great stay for us. Location to GSNP and Gatlinburg can’t be beat. Also, not super deep into Ober area (quick drive out). The driveway access is super for this area (some are extremely steep). The amenities speak for themselves. Would stay again any time.

The place is lovely and in a very quiet neighborhood close to the main Gatlinburg strip. We also enjoyed some pickleball at one of the clubs houses.

We stayed with our kids and their spouses and just had a wonderful time. The place was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. It was nice for everyone to have a king bed and their own bathroom. We would definitely stay there again. Great cabin feel!!

We loved our stay here and our daughters wished we could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic with close proximity to the park entrance as well as downtown Gatlinburg, but removed enough to be peaceful. I had to reach out a few times with questions to Vivian and Frank and they were incredibly responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location!!! Very clean and well furnished. Host returned calls quickly. Would definitely stay at this cabin again!
Sitting on the porch swing while the kiddos went for a small hike! Gatlingburg lights were a great view at night!!

The cabin was perfect for 3 couples and only about a 5 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The beds were comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed for a long enjoyable weekend.

Fantastic location very close to the main strip in Gatlinburg, but still remote. One of the very few places with a flat yard to enjoy if you have kids. House is very roomy with 3 master suites and a nice open kitchen living room area. We did see 3 bears the last day as they walked basically 40 yards away from us up the side hill which was very cool. Would definitely stay again.

This cabin was great for our family of four. It had enough to keep my two boys entertained during downtime. Great location, close to everything but still tucked away to have peaceful serenity in the mountains. Filled with all of the amenities!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay. Excellent host. Easy access. Close enough to all the festivities, but far enough to feel secluded. The cabin is perfect for 3 couples. Everyone has their own floor, bedroom, and bathroom. Driveway can easily fit 3-4 cars. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Cabin

Wonderful cabin in an incredible location. You're so close to Gatlinburg but the cabin feels so private and special. We loved our stay.

excellent stay and area

The overall stay was excellent. The surrounding area was simply beautiful. The house was just what we needed. I really liked how each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our overall stay was great,
