Great Condo has views overlooking a marina, just blocks from Historical Bagnell Dam Strip. Anchor's Down Unit #4 is a 2 bedroom/1bath condo unit that has a beachy/tropical vibe. We allow for only 2 guests. Close to all the lake has to offer, 1/2 mile to Woods Grocery/Liquor, even walking distance to many shops, bar & grills and entertainment.

WE STRIVE TO BE A QUIETER LAKE GETAWAY. HOUSE RULES; NO LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM, and no outside music on the decks or patios. If you are coming to party at the Lake, please do not book here. If you are looking for a great small complex that still has everything nearby, this is it! We have the luxury of having a small oasis of land tucked in between the excitement of Lake Ozark.

This 800 sq. ft unit boasts a full size kitchen complete with everything you need to cook your own meals (but why would you with all the near by restaurants?). Also a lakeside patio.

Unit 4 is part of a small 4 unit complex on a private 5 acre parcel right in the city limits of Lake Ozark! There are many deer that roam the property, They are all offspring of "Little Mama", that was an injured doe that we fed while she was recovering from an injury. You will see them wondering the property waiting for feeding time. They love crackers and peanut butter!

You can be assured you will have an exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fun stay.

We had an excellent stay with a fantastic host! Our host was incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for things to do around town. The recommendations really helped us make the most of our visit. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this host!

Nice place, I would remind the host that first impressions mean a lot. It’s important not to assume and talk poorly to your guests that are staying on property. This was booked for business, but we were rudely accused of “planning to party”.

We promote our condos as quiet and peaceful. This is a small complex of 4 units. We live on-site. When we seen you arrive and unload an incredible amount of cases of liquor and no luggage, we assumed a party. We did not know you were stocking the condo as a refill site for a new vodka you and your employees were giving free samples of on the Strip and at a lake bar. All we seen was an incredible amount of liquor being put in our condo. We approached you as you were completely filling our 2 yard dumpster that was emptied that day. You left no room for any other guest’s garbage at the start of a holiday weekend and we needed to unload and break down all the boxes to make some room. We strive to keep our complex quiet and peaceful for our guests, so yes we will question unusual activity.

Quiet place, close to everything.

We have stayed here before, so it was just as expected. Clean, check in and out was easy, quiet place and very clean.

2nd time we have stayed here. We love this off the beaten path (although close to everything) location. Dave and Pam are always available and live on site. We will be staying with them again in the future.

clean and homey

this was perfect for a weekend stay. beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean. beach vibes and very cozy/homey! will definitely be our go to spot for now on

We had a great time staying here. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. They have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Pam and Dave are very quick to respond to any questions you may have.
