Mis Rocas is an elegant 5-story, ocean-front villa with 10 bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms, 6 large terraces, 2 large bar areas, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and ocean level-covered pavilion. It has 20' vaulted ceilings on the main level, 9 terraces, a full kitchen, handicapped accessible with an elevator.
We provide a private chef, shopping service for guests, and cleaning staff. Our home is handicapped accessible and the elevator provides easy access to all but one of the floors of the house.
Depending on the season, our guests should expect to catch daily glimpses of whales, sea turtles, dolphins, and manta rays, swimming near the house.
Each floor of the house was laid out with an open air feel to capture both the sun and sea breeze. There are floor to ceiling glass windows and doors which are often left open to catch the sight and sounds of the waves crashing down below.
The list of amenities include: fully equipped fitness room, large infinity pool, exterior hot tub, 2 bars, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, numerous outdoor sitting areas, fire pit, 2 large private covered terraces. All levels of the home are accessible via the elevators except the bedrooms on level 4.
The main level of the house is where you will find the kitchen, dining room, large terrace, entertainment room, pool, main bar and hot tub by the pool.
Mis Rocas is the perfect get-away from the stress of life. We have hosted over 30,000 guests coming for reunions, weddings, bachelor(ette) parties and corporate retreats.
The All-Inclusive Option: We offer an All-Inclusive option which covers 2 meals/day from our flexible menu and alcohol. The cost is $65/day/adult guests and $35/day/guests under 15 years old.
Chef Francisco will prepare heavy appetizers/fruit/quesadillas and guacamole for lunch. As part of this, we provide a generous amount of tequila, vodka, beer, wine and other alcohol. If there are specialty liquor items requested outside our budget, please talk to us and we would be happy to purchase the items on your behalf.
We have a washer and dryer available upon request which will be available after 5 pm.
Last, assistance for airport transfers, restaurant reservations, or entertainment events is available upon request.

Our staff makes everything pretty turnkey while you’re there..The only thing is you pick up exceptional messes suck as beer bottles, trash etc and treat the house like it’s your own.

My wife and I have an affinity for both water and tropical forests. I believe this is the main reasons we fell in love with Puerto Vallarta. We have traveled extensively but fell in love with the Mismaloya area after attending a convention there. The things we like most about our new community are the scenic coast line, sound of the waves crashing against the rocks, lush forests that blanket the mountains, and of course the friendly people that live here. We hope to retire in Vallarta someday but for now we want to share our home with family and friends until we are ready to slow down.

We have vacationed on the Puerto Vallarta coast for many years and were always admired the Mis Rocas property. The house straddles 3 lots on the edge of a cliff overlooking the bay.
When we saw the house was for sale we decided to schedule an appointment with a local realtor and take a peak inside. Once we crossed the threshold of the front door we were immediately stunned by the view. The house is laid out in such a way that there is an ocean view on every level. The entire backside of the house is ceiling to wall glass.
The layout of the home is very open and the idea was to allow guests to have a clear ocean view in every room. Every floor has multiple decks and terraces so you feel like you are literally hovering over the water.
After the staff greeted us and escorted us through the house and down to beach we knew we had to at least attempt to purchase the home.
We feel very fortunate that we are now the new owners and look forward it to sharing it with your family and guests.
