Billy the Kid is our largest and finest apartment, and simply the best place to kick it in the heart of Santa Barbara's wine country, Los Alamos. Fairly new, Billy the Kid is located in the center of town in the Los Alamos Mercantile Building. Recently deemed by Conde Nast Traveler as California's next "great food and wine destination" Los Alamos offers a whole lotta bang for a small Western town including amazing restaurants, wineries, and antique shopping.

Wonderful stay and great location!

We stayed here while attending a wedding a few blocks down. So spacious and comfortable! This place is so close and walkable to all the restaurants and shops! Would definitely stay again

Great Location and Spacious Apartment

Excellent unit for a group with nice sitting area and laid out well for meals. Will definitely rebook next time I go to the Santa Ynez Valley.

Girlfriend getaway

We had an amazing stay, everything you need is there for a fun weekend. Beautiful firepit area for nights to share a bottle of local wine. We canceled many of our driving plans because we just wanted to enjoy the house and the local area. Michelle the host was a wonderful communicator we had a small issue with the firepit and she helped us immediately. The only suggestion is need more hangers there were only two and the beds were a bit hard but other then that weekend was perfect and we will be back

Perfect!

The property was even better than we imagined and that doesn’t happen too often! Our party of six had a great time. The place was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come again.

Spacious and clean

Very nice property. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen table could seat 10. The decor was fun.

This place was great!

The apartment is beautiful and really comfortable. Everything was well maintained and it is perfectly located for walking to wine tasting and great food. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!!!!

This property is amazing!!! The art work, the light fixtures, the furniture is spectacular! All of the finishes are top quality. All of the rooms are humongous. This is a hidden gem in a sleepy little quaint town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We definitely wish we could stay longer.

Perfect gathering spot for friends and family

We spend Thanksgiving with dear friends in Los Alamos every year and this apartment provided the ideal place for our family of 5 to stay for a few days. There was so much space, we ended up serving Thanksgiving dinner for 15 here - and everyone could sit at the same table! Beautiful accommodations!

Spectacular

We did a 60th birthday celebration with girlfriends and needed a place to stay. This place well exceeded our expectations. It is such a beautiful spacious apartment. The place is beautifully decorated and so large. We felt like we were in gorgeous resort. Everything within walking distance. Hate to say how awesome it is because we will never be able to get a reservation again once word gets out . Thanks for a great stay and made the birthday experience wonderful

Super Nice

We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing missing was a TV in the main and only living room area. Baseball playoffs were going on while we were here and we didn’t have a place for everyone to watch together, except for the bedrooms and that’s just weird!!

Loved it !

We will be making this place our go to ! Everything was fantastic. They have a small fire pit on the property that was great. Super close to our favorite wineries. Great little gem. Had dinner at the flat bread restaurant, and it was also fantastic. Great communication with the owner.
